Hmm, I like where you're going with it. You're CG coloring is nice and smooth but I think the thing you're missing the most of is folds in the clothing. As it is you're clothes seem to be just like a paper cutout hanging in front of them. It's just a tad to flat. In real life as you move so do your clothes. They bend and fold in upon themselves and there are ripples in them. I see that you tried to show some basic bends in the shading but it's still not quite enough there.
Also work on hands and feet, positioning and basic shape. I realize they are usually the hardest to do but that just means you have a whole new realm of art to work on. Just keep at it and try hard and eventually you reach a whole new potential you never knew you had! Fight-oh!
