"When ever I feed, they flash as the blood runs through my viens. Kind of like a fire behind my eyes." She said laughing but turning her eyes downwards.

He put a hand under her chin, bringing her eyes up to look into his. "I think it makes you look beautiful." He smiled at her, then let go to finish his salad.

She smiled and sighed as a bunch of rowdy vampires entered the bar. They were all about ten times the size of marcus and ten times stupid. "HEY LET"S PARTY!" They all screamed.

Marcus ducked his head slightly. "I think that's our cue to slip out of here. Those guys look like they might be a little trouble." He glanced towards the door. "Let's head out. I don't know, head back to the peir? It's a pretty nice place to watch the stars when the Roller Coaster's lights shut down." He shrugged, "Unless you have another idea. I'm up for about anywhere but here right now."

"Sure.." Maria said standing up and pulling him out of the bar. They quickly ran out and jumped into her car, She started it and drove to the pier.

((Ok, I have some ideas to change it up. Would you rather have him get kidnapped by humans, and beat them up, or supernatural beings, and have a tough fight to get to him?))

As they pulled into the pier, he looked at Maria with a smile. "You know, if I had to meet a vampire, I'm glad it was you." He took her hand, not shying away from the cold. "Even if you are dead, or technically dead, that doesn't change what I feel for you." He looked into her eyes, then down at her hand, then smiled, and let go. "Come on, lets head down the pier. It's a nice night." He got out, and waited for her.
