Looking up from her sandwich, Amelia recognized the boy from the library. He had seemed fairly awkward, but nice. She smiled. "Hi there. I'm sorry, what was your name again?" She asked, slightly frowning.
"Christopher." Marcus piped up, sounding bored. He didn't know why, but he didn't like this guy. It seemed the guy was trying to flirt with his sister, something Marcus wasn't used to. "Can we help you?"
"Be nice!" Amelia chided, and turned her attention back to Christopher. "Pull up a seat. We'd love the company." She said cheerfully. It was then she noticed there was a group of people behind him. "We should find a bigger table." Amelia added. "We can't all fit in a booth." Marcus put a fake smile on his face and tried to sound nice.
"Sure we can. It can be the two of us at this booth, and everyone else sitting in the booth next to us." The smile from his face immediately went away and he looked back down at his sandwich, trying to calm himself down. Of course Amelia was allowed to socialize. She had a ton of friends, but other boys, Marcus wasn't sure about them. He knew Amelia was bound to get hurt. All of her ex boyfriends had been manipulative and had broken her heart, he wasn't sure this Christopher guy would be any different.

"Glad to," Chris flashed a smile and squeezed his self next to Amelia. It had been a while since he had done anything like this. And never had he been social with a large group of strangers. It made him rather nervous to be around them all, but he reminded himself that he needed to have some fun. He only hoped he didn't do anythign stupid to embarass himslf. Maybe this was his chance to get friendly with a girl again. Last time he really tried that he made the girl feel stupid. He glanced over at Alexial.
"I guess I'll get the food," Alex said. She was rather annoyed. She was sure that she was the one who was supposed to be treated, not the other way around. Oh well, she thought. This was usually how things ended up for her anyways. People did this sort of thing to her all the time, and she should be used to it, but she wasn't.

Jeff reached out and grabbed Alex's sleeve and stood up. He gave her a handsome smile and turned her so he could sit her down on his seat. "Allow me," he said. He grabbed the wallet from his back pocket and eyed Alex. "What would you like?" He asked.
Julia who sat across from Jeff pressed her lips together in displeasure. She had always liked Jeff for more than just a friend, but she never made that known, because she knew that she was only a sister-figure to him. "I'll buy you that coffee, too."

Alex smiled. "That would be nice," she told him. "Anything turkey, sounds good." She watched Jeff as he walked off to the counter then turned back to the group of people. "I'm Alex," she told them. She offered them a kind smile and sat her self back into the booth.
Nobody was really talking. This was really awkward. They just sat themselves down by a few people he had only known for a couple minutes prior. What was he thinking! Oh god, please don't let me pass out. Christopher thought to himself. He took in a breath to calm his nerves and decided to break the ice. He leaned onto the table and looked at the others. "Soooo," he started. Well that was a start.. Now with a question? "What were you guys doing in the library on such a fine day?"

"Reading." Marcus said, trying his hardest not to sound bored. "Or at least I was. Amelia here was out shopping." He put his hand on her shoulder, shaking her a bit. She turned and scowled at him.
"Thanks, Mark. You make me sound like some sort of a ditz. I wasn't shopping, I was buying more supplies." She turned back to Chris and flashed him another bright friendly smile. "What were you doing at the library? What sort of books do you like to read?" Amelia didn't find him attractive, but she liked how friendly he seemed. Marcus scowled back at her. She had just made him look like a fool in front of perfect strangers. He decided it would be best to not poke fun at her anymore.

"Well," Chris started. "I was returning some books, and picking up some for my sister." Chris was what people would say a pretty nice brother. He cared for his sister and usually went out of his way to make her happy. Such as going across town to the library in order to drop off and pick up books for her. " She just started college and she wanted me to pick some things up for her." He shrugged. "I try to be a good brother." He looked over at Marcus with a knowing smile. "You know how that is right?" He flashed a smile.
Alex sat with her arms crossed. She was slightly annoyed with this Chris fellow. She didn't know much about him, but now he seemed to be slightly flirting with Amelia, when he was trying to do the same thing to her. Talk about a loser. She looked him over and sighed mentally. He wouldn't be half bad if he actually wore clothing that didn't look so horrid. And maybe if he wasn't so akward..

Marcus bit his lip. Christopher was only trying to make small talk, but this kid grinded his nerves. "Yeah, I know how it is." He mumbled. Marcus shot a pointed look at Amelia, who ignored him. She was now playing with the last bite of her sandwich, trying to turn it into a funky shape, but failing.
"Hey, Chris, wanna go to a rave with me tonight?" Amelia asked. Marcus ignored that. Leave it to his twin to be so forward with strangers, but he couldn't knock it. It was how she made friends. He preferred to spend his time with a book and going to the museum, and enjoying the quiet. "I'm sure we can find you some great clothes to wear. You have to stand out under the blacklights. I find that neon green looks best." Amelia looked him up and down, mentally figuring out his size.

Abigayle walked through the isle of the book store. she had just got through attending a simanar at the college about space and she wanted to read more about it. she picked up a few books and turned to go to the regester to pay. as she turned she smacked right into someone else and she was knocked to the floor, her books flying out of her hands. she looked up a little confused. standing in front of her was the man who had been sitting just a few seats away from her at the simanar. "I'm so sorry," she said as she attempted to get up in the small confines of the book store isle. He reached down and extended his hand to help her up. she graciously took it.
"no need to be sorry," he said in a silky deep voice "it was all my fault. I was just trying to get a book before it was gone." He smiled and then he bent down and collected her books for her. it seemed easier for him to do it then for her she thought to herself. even though he was taller then she, he seemed to have a grace about him that she lacked. Unlike hers, his movements were smooth. "My name is Todd, Todd Stone" he said again with his smile.
she smiled back, "I'm Abigayle" she said as her smile grew larger and her dimples started to show. "I saw you at the simanar today. you were sitting a few seats away from me."
His eyes sparkled. "yes, I recall seeing you there." he said as he handed her books back to her. "seems we have similar interest" he said eyeing the titles of the books which happened to be the same ones he had grabbed.
"yes it seems we do." Abigayle said. then she turned to go to the regester. Todd followed. after paying for her books Abigayle turned to Todd, "well it was nice meeting you Todd," she said with a smile. "maybe I'll bump into you sometime in the future" Todd laughed.
"hey Abigayle" Todd said just before she walked out the door. She turned to look at him. "would you like to go to a party with me tonight?" he asked kind of shyly not knowing what she might say to this.
Abigayle looked up surprized. that wasn't something she expected. she never considered herself pretty enough to be asked out by random guys. she really should be packing for her trip to Alaska. she smiled to herself. the only reason she was even going to Alaska was because her cousin was demanding that she came to her wedding. She hated the cold and wasn't looking forward to going to a place where there is snow almost all year around. she could put off packing for a few more hours she supposed. "sure" she said. "I would like that"
They exchanged phone numbers and left out at the same time.

"Uh," Christopher looked over at the counter wondering his sandwich would come. He felt himself go into cold sweats caused by dread. Really, he wanted to say thanks, but no thanks, then go home and hide himself in his dark room and play video games and eat pizza until he passed out, but he couldn't; this was his chance to make friends and as his sister told him he needed to have more friends then the characters on a screen, because they did not count. "Well," he started. His voice a bit shaky. He cleared his throat. "I've actually never been...To a rave. I've heard all sorts of crazy things about them..."
Alex rolled her eyes. "Oh please, he would love to join you. In fact I think we should all go." She smiled at Marcus. She got the feeling he'd hate going. In fact she got the feeling that he hated them being there. Whatever, she wasn't going to let one sour patch ruin any potential fun.

Abigayle took her books to her car and then decided that it was time to get some lunch. so she walked over to a small cafe that was across the street. she knew exactly what she would order. this was her favorite place to eat. She walked over to her usual booth in the corner and sat down. the waitress came over and asked if she was having her usual. Abigayle just nodded, and the waitress walked away to put in her order. it wasn't long before the waitress was back with her meal. She ate her phillys cheese steak and chedder broccolli soup and drank a Dr. Pepper. when she was done she decided that she would need something to wear to the party that Todd had invited her to. And even if he didn't call her to go tonight she still needed something to wear to her cousin's wedding. So Abigayle got into her car and drove over to the local mall.

Jeff finally returned with the sandwiches. It had taken so long because they messed up his order the first time and he sent it back to be remade. As he sat he passed out the food. He shoved his in his mouth and before he swallowed he chirped up in the conversation. "I haven't been to a rave in years." He swallowed his bite and washed it down with a swig of coke.
Julia crinkled her nose. "Chew your food Jeffy."
Jeff rolled his eyes and took another bite. "I say we go to the mall and pick up some clothing for this. I'm sure it will be a blast." Jeff didn't even know the other people, yet he felt like they could form some sort of friendship, but really all he wanted was to have a bit of crazy fun.

Abigayle turned to reach for the short black skirt that she had picked up. she had already tried on at least a dozen different outfits and was starting to get werry that she wouldn't find the right outfit at all. she found one to wear to the wedding it was classy and didn't show much skin. but she wanted something somewhat sexy for the party. Todd was a good looking man, and she hoped she wouldn't look too rediculous standing next to him. she put on the skirt and then donned a pink sparklie halter top that v'd low in the front. then she stepped out of the dressing room. it figured that she would pick the one store that didn't have mirrors in the dressing room, you had to step out to look in the mirror. out where everyone could see you. not something she was looking forward to.

Alex grinned. "Ohh, yeah." She turned to Amelia. "We should dress up the boys. How fun would that be?" An evil grin crossed her face. Oh how she would love to put something more suitable on Christopher, maybe even Marcus. As far she was concerned Jeff looked fine in his clothing, though it wouldn't be good enough for a Rave, he still looked rather fine.
Chris dropped his sandwich and sunk back in his seat and groaned. Okay, this wasn't what he wanted. He wasn't about tohave some women play dress up with him. Besides he didn't have the money. "Really guys, I'd love to, but I don't have the money."

Jeff smirked. "Well, my dear friend. If the end result is getting shitfaced and having a blast then I'm up for a little shopping trip." A mischivous smile crossed his lips. "Curtiousy of Mr. Master Card." Now Christopher had no reason, that they knew of, to say no. He was anxious to have some fun. So much that he cleared their trash off the table and pulled Julia out of her sit. "Come, I'll drive," he said and he pulled out the keys to his SUV.
Julia smiled and clapped her hands together. "Alright!" She totally forgot about her books, and even her trip to NY. That wasn't for a while and tonight she was going to let loose and have some fun. "Come on guys," she started yanking everybody up out of their seats. "Sooner the leave the more time we have to shop." Of course Julia loved shopping with Jeff. He bought her anything she wanted; books, games, cloths, anything.

"Oh ho ho," Alex laughed. "Oh I am loving this guy," she said as she patted Jeff's shoulder. "I call shotgun."
Chris groaned. What had he gotten himself into. This was the worst thing ever. He could just die right now. How could he end up with a group of people like this. He didn't expect this out of Alex, but then again he didn't really know her anyways. Well, he thought, at least this gave him a chance to hang out with Amelia. "Alright... So, where is your car?"

((Really, don't want to go into the boring details so here is half-ass post for you))
Erm.. Geoffry lead way to his vehicle and once everybody was in and buckled they took off to the mall.
Once parked Julia jumped out of the car. "To many people... In one small place." She looked up at the large building in front of her. "To many people.. In one big place," she commented.

Once in the mall James didn't know where to go, or what to do. He didn't shop in shopping malls, he didn't even visit shopping malls for fun. The whole place just seemed to swallow him whole. His knees went weak as somebody pulled his sleeve, in order to get him moving.
Since nobody seemed to be able to make up their mind Alex decided the were going to go upstairs looking for a good clothing store. Something with nice colors that would stand out in the black lights. She knew she'd be looking for some hot fishnets and something pink.

While Marcus hung back by the entrance, looking nervous, Amelia grabbed Christopher's hand and pulled him into a gothic clothing store on the second level. "Here, the perfect store if you want to shop for a rave." Amelia mentally sized him up again, and began picking clothes out and shoving them into his arms, at the same time, speaking more to herself than to him about the clothes she was gathering. "Black pants with a green trim, it looks the most flattering. Of course you need a belt to hold them up. I think a medium size would look best on you. How about a white shirt with a green skull on it, no-" Amelia put that shirt back down. "A black shirt with a red logo on it. It doesn't match but it looks wicked." She thrust the tight long-sleeved shirt into his arms. Amelia, still in a rush, went on to where the hats were. "Do you want a hat? Baseball caps are out of the question. You need a bright colored beanie. Bright green with a red stripe is perfect. It ties in the outfit. Now for shoes." Amelia shoved Christopher toward the shoe aisle. "Black skater shoes are perfect. What's your shoe size?" She asked, distracted while looking at all the shoes.

Julia pulled Jeff by the hand into a clothing shop, mainly for women. Jeff stopped and tried to yank his hand free. "Hey didn't we agree on us guys first?" Julia frowned.
"Come on, they are having a sale and we are already here!" Jeff rolled his eyes. She was so stubborn. First the library and now this. "I'm not watching you try on clothing this time, Jules."
Julia smiled. "I know. I have Alex and Amilia for that." She gave him a wink. What did she really expect him to do though? While they spent time trying on cloths? Ah, hell it wouldnt' hurt. Besides maybe he'd get to see them in something...nice... A perverted grin appeared on his face.

As Abigayle stepped out of the dressing room she ran smack dab into a group of people who had just entered the store falling to the ground for the second time that day. "Oh my," she said. "I am so clumsy I just keep crashing into people today. I'm so sorry" her face blushed an attractive color of pink.

Christopher stood back, slight baffled by Amelia's actions. He stuttered as he tried to speak, but she didn't seem to notice as she made herself busy picking out clothing. He liked the clothing in the store, but he wouldn't ever buy himself these sort of cloths for himself. He half wondered if he'd even look good in said clothing. He hoped Amelia thought so. When Amelia asked his shoe size he had to check his shoes, "Size 11.. If i read the label right."

Julia laughed light heartedly and helped the women to her feet. "Hey, its no problem," she said.
Jeff took this opertunity to flirt with another woman and took her arm in his hand. He glanced around first to see if anybody was watching him. He seemed to be in the clear as Julia walked off to find a skirt. "Don't mind us," he said smoothly. "Are you okay?"

"Awesome." Amelia said. She grabbed a plain black pair of sneakers and put them on top of the clothing pile. Now for me." She ran off and began grabbing clothing for herself. "Christopher, go try those on, see if they fit. If they do we're buying them." She called out. Satisfied with her selection of clothing, Amelia went to go try on clothes for herself, and hoped Christopher wouldn't take too long.

Christopher nodded and simple did as he was told. He got a clerk to let him in the dressing room and after a few minutes of undressing and redressing he smiled at his reflection in the mirror. Most of the time he never thought highly of himself, in fact he didn't think was a very good looking guy, but at this moment he thought he looked at least halfway decent. He even turned around to check out his back side. He breathed in and took a step out. "What do you think?" He asked shyly.
