Amelia smiled "I'm sorry I cant you know I'm not one for that game you should know that as much as I like a challange" she floated herself up so she was level with her sister "how about I just race you to the top" she floated higher and called down "that is IF you were paying attention to me while our brother was gone you can show off a bit now".

"Cool. That place is so vibrant. You know, I sometimes wish I was poor, so I could work there or soemthing. That's a little silly though, isn't it?" Lou laughed, and shrugged.

"No it's not that silly at all. I wish we needed jobs sometimes too... It would be neat to build a working relationship with a person. It's much different that just friends," he answered with a smile.

"Yeah, especially the friends we're forced to be with! I guess some of them aren't so bad, though." Lou admitted.

"No, not so bad. Even the one Blake girl isn't that bad. She's really nice," he grinned at Lou. A soft blush coloring his cheeks as he spoke about Amelia.

Lou noticed his blushing, and promptly saw a chance to poke some fun at her brother.
"That Blake girl? Yeah, she is pretty nice too. She's good looking, isn't she?" she said, ever-so-casually.

Callum blushed a deeper color of red as his sister poked fun. "Yeah she's very pretty... she came with me to take pictures last night," he admitted to his sister. Cal wondered what Amelia was up to today. It was surely late enough to have heard something. He looked down at his phone and prayed for a message.

Amelia went to the top of the waterfall and jumped off flipping as she did and splashed into the lake laughing "what time is it anyway" she had left her watch at home "I think we should all go over to mine and my siblings house later after all I did invite you guys over a few days ago" it was true she had said they could come over once she took her sister home after she had crashed her little meeting with her friends.

Karissa smiled and laughed when Amelia jumped off. It did look fun and she was hit with a tinge of sadness that she wasnt joining them. She moved closer to the water and skimmed her hand over the surface watching the ripples a smile appearing on her face again. She looked up at Alzied, then Serenity, then Amelia and finally Christian before she looked back down at the water, the movements they were making causing more ripples.

Chrisitian frowned as he saw they werent going to play. "Hold your breath Ser-bear." He said waiting until he heard her gasp of air to let her legs go and let her fall backwards into the water. Letting out a laugh he turned back to make sure she was ok and smiled. Turning to Karissa he swam over and laid in the shallow end, looking up at her. "Oh come on...Its just a little water." He said, lighly slapshing some water towards her, just missing her feet.

Karissa looked at him, "I know that, but i dont think anyone would appreciate going blind due to the pale state of my skin" she said with a light laugh that sounded like wind chimes. "Either way i dont really know how to swim" she hoped the lie wasnt obvious. A small beam of sun hit Her square in the face making her eyes turn a bright red color and showing purple tints in her hair. She squinted and looked down so her bangs covered her eyes.

Chrisitian smiled. "Well i know i wouldnt mind." He chuckled and looked at her eyes as she stated she couldnt swim. Lie, he could tell, but no reason in pushing it. "I'll let you hold onto me." His grin was breathtaking as he looked up at the girl. Seeing the effect of the sun in her eyes he noticed the bright crimson iris' and purple tints in her hair. She was very beautiful...even in her paleness, and it killed Christian that she was so embarassed of her looks. "I promised i wont let you drown."

Karissas eyes flicked to Amelia, panic laced her voice when she spoke, "I dont have my swimsuit with me" her mind yelled at her to stop making silly excuses but she couldnt bring her words back. She skimmed her fingertips along the waters surface again, with a thoughtful expression on her face. She looked back up at Christain and tipped her head off to the side.

Chrisitian sighed, she was stubborn. "There an extra pair of swim trunks in my bag, their mine, and if you dont mind getting your shirt wet you can use em if you change your mind." He said pushing himself back into the water. "Your choice." Christian dived deep below the surface floating in the deep for a bit before pushing himself to the top and gasping for a breath of air.

Alzeid swam over to Karissas and sat down on shore. "come join us, the water is great and I dought he will care that your a vampire." he whispered to her and watched everyone. But hsi eyes went straight to Serenity and he wanted nothing more then to have her in his arm and laughing with her. But he had to stay away till they decided to tell her brother.

Karissa let out a sigh, "Keep them occupied, ill run home and try and find a swimsuit" she stood, "Ill be right back" she shouted to them. She looked at Christian and Amelia again before jogging as slowly as she could until she was clear out of sight. Then she could run as fast as she was capable. She made it to her house in no time, she walked into the doors knowing her parents were asleep. She dug into her closet finally bring up with her a blue and black swimsuit she had bought one year because she liked the colors. She took off her clothes and put the swimsuit on then put her clothes back on. She walked out the door again and made it to the forest close to the lake, she had taken her time. She pushed through the forest and stood on the edge of the lake, "Your guys really want me to go swimming with you?" she asked her eyes glittering with slight amusment.

Chrisitian grinned as he saw her return. "Hell Yes!" He yelled, his hair hanging in his eyes. Swimming closer to the shore he walked out of the water. His body glistened with water droplets as he walked out. A grin came on his face as he walked up to Karissa and pushed his hair out of his eyes. "And even if you start to drown, i'll save you." He smiled and took her hand, bringing her out into the sun.

She held up her hand, she took off her sweatshirt and shirt then hesitated before taking off her skinny jeans almost falling over in the effort. She took his hand again and let him lead her into the water. She wandered if he noticed how icy her skin was. When the water splashed against her legs she gasped, compared to her skin the water was very warm and she wasnt exactly expecting it. She kept her eyes on Christian, she never really liked the water, she was told when she was younger if a vampire stepped into water they would be sucked down to hell. Just a story to scare children of course but she wasnt sure.

Chrisitian was surprised at how cold her skin was, it was quiet warm out, maybe she was sick? Silently he led her to the water, out of the corner of his eye he looked her up and down, true she was very pale, but it didnt bother him. The water felt nice and cool on his skin, yet surprisingly not as cool at Karissa's skin was. Once in the water he let her hold onto him. "I got you." He said with a smile and held her loosely on both sides of her waist. He hoped he wasnt being to foward, he just didnt want her to sink.

Afraid he would let go Karissa, on impulse, pulled herself closer to him her eyes taking on a look of panic. A blush appeared on her face and she pulled away slightly, "Im sorry" she said in a small voice looking down at the water. The ends of her black hair fanning out behind her. She half wished she hadnt agreed to step into the water. She shivered and looked up at Christians face her expression half showed her panic.

Chrisitian smiled as she pulled closer, his heartbeat increasing a very subtle bit. "Its alright." He assured her, seeing she was slightly scared. The boy couldnt help but smile at her blush, she was pretty damn adorable right now. "Dont worry about it, just relax." He said, his voice smooth as silk. "The water doesnt bite." He smirked at her, pulling her a bit closer as she shivered. "But it is a bit cold" he added with a chuckle.

"So am i" she muttered under her breath about the coldness of the water, the cold she didnt feel. She blushed more when he pulled her closer to him. She took a deep breath and looked over at Amelia giving her a small smile. For some reason she pulled away from him, without her safety net she began thrashing wildly, No i cant die....or whatever i do! she thought as the water pulled her under.

Chrisitian smiled as she mention her own skin's chill. He couldnt help but smile everytime she blushed, she was too cute for her own good. When she pulled away he was a little skeptical and a bit fearful. As it turned out his fears were right, as she thrashed he tried to grab her. "Karissa!" Once his hands were firmly on her waist he pulled her toward him. "I got you! Its ok!" He said with a smile, looking in her eyes, seeing the fear. "Karissa, its ok."

Amelia swam over to Karissa "you know brother you could just help her another way" she was talking about a spell that let you breath unde water for about and hour or two that would help her learn because she didnt need to worry about passing out.

Karissa was trembling when he grabbed ahold of her she barely heard him speak. Her eyes were wide and she threw her arms around his neck clinging to him on the edge of hyperventilating. She looked over at Amelia, and then back to Christian and she forced herself to calm down. She took a deep breath and lightly let go of his neck but keeping close to him, she didnt want to go under, she almost wanted to get out of the water all together.
