Good idea! Have you watched or read anything to do with 5D's? Personally I don't think it's as good without the egyptian stuff in it. The idea of the crimson dragon is okay but really it just isn't the same!!!!!!!!!
Although Yusei IS very awesome and I LOVE his Duel Runner/D-wheel!

And I am officially back! 5D's really isn't as good as the original series. GX was okay but still not as good as the original and 5D's is just...good cards but the series itself isn't that great. It's getting more and more downhill as time goes on I think which is sad as the original was really good!

Well, 4Kids had 5Ds taken away from 'em because they screwed up that badly with the dub. The only reason they still have some rights to yu-gi-oh is because they're dubbing the anniversary crossover movie!

I'd fergotten about that movie actually. They had it taken away from them????? FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4kids manages to screw up anything it translates be it anime or anything else! I remember when I was younger I used to watch this show that was originally in italian (a cartoon that looked like it could almost be an anime) and they completely ruined it! I am talking MAJORLY ruined! I mean, they kept most of the names of places the same (appart from one place which was originally called Domino but was renamed Sparkz) but they completely ruined the characters, made them more simple and totally trashed it!
4kids must be eliminated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think any true anime fan agrees that what 4Kids does to anime is absolutely barbaric! It mutilates the anime then tries to patch it back up so it's like a frankenstein version of what it once was! It is dispicable!!!!!!!! It ruins the anime! Thank Ra they never managed to get their claws into Bleach or Death Note -shudders in disgust- They would have completely TRASHED it! I mean, don't get me wrong, some of the bleach voice acters could be better but at least they seem to have made AN EFFORT in choosing people that have voices that suit the characters!!!!!!!!!!!

That is very true. I genuinely dread to think about what they would have done to an anime like Black Lagoon! I really do.

There is a simple answer to that question. They would have taken the anime, torn it into little tiny pieces then tried to put it back together the wrong way with half the pieces missing so that it was nothing but a useless, disgusting frankenstein's monster version of it's former self (complete with terrible voice acting)

Because they prey on the foolishness of little kids that don't know better. :headdesk: I mean, even a fandub would be better then some of the voices that they use!

Uhhh... well I know nothing of the economy in your country, but it is pretty bad here and all I can find is a work-study job through the Financial Aid department at college. :P

At the moment-I believe it's ranked at 'we're f*cked'-but then again, that may just be me! I've had interviews, but I either get told i didn't make it or i hear nothing. Makes me glad I'm taking a placement year after i finish the 2nd year of my Mechanical Engineering Degree.

I am officially off school today. I WAS kinda looking forward to going today (I had a few things on that I wanted to go to) but the taxi that comes for me that's sent by the school thought it was too risky getting to my place with all the ice and stuff so I am off school today!
