i'm probably having such bad artist block right now cuz i'm so stressed. there has been so much for me to do and i can't get it all done, so i've been kinda bleh. even my random doodles are crappy right now. T_T i've had several good ideas of things i want to draw, but i just can't seem to draw them.

I understand Binka. I guess the best thing to do now is just make sure you don't forget those great ideas while you're suffering through your artists block. I can't tell you how many great ideas I have forgotten when they drifted into oblivion.

@Lilian: Congrats on deciding to tread the hectic world of the Manga-ka. All I can say is, draw as much as you possibly can and keep trying no matter what!

well, my artist block is still sorta here, but i did manage to draw something. i have to finish it tomorrow. yay!!

@Sho-Shonojo thanks, and don't worry, i will! I try to draw whatever I can now, but i still need to work on my poses and anatomy. They always look so awkward... The only pose that looks good when i draw it is just regular standing.. ^^;;

I understand how that is. Recently though I've been trying to work on my poses by flipping through manga I have and sketching out the poses that I think I might use. Maybe you could try that to in order to get some practice in.

@selest: Yay! Another one. Your art looks pretty good, but your story is a little confusing. I think the pacing is just a little fast. I think if you just slowed it down and explained a little better what was going on, then it would be really good.

Sorry guys i havent really been on, i have been working on getting my first music album out, along with my manga idea creation, which at the moment is at a stand still.

It's cool. So you do music too Monsun? That's pretty awesome. Sorry to hear your manga is at a standstill at the moment.

Yeah i do music, im in a band, Caging Emili, we should have our first Single up by mid Febuary and our first EP up by late febuary, hopfully we have had to push the date back like 3 times but enough about that.

I am getting a Bamboo digital drawing pad in April, and im working on a Manga now, finally after i got rid of my Artist block, its about a teenager who dies and they take his brain and his internal organs and put them in an Android body, they wire him up and cover the androids metal body with healing latex skin material.and since he was dead they had to put a thing in his brain that would generate the electric circuit needed to function and that thing is a computer so if they want to they can switch over to strict computer and put the brain into comatose and still have control. Im still cleaning up a few details, hopfully i wont run into a block anytime soon.

I've started thumbnailing for another comic. I'm planning on not starting this one until I have the entire story planned out and thumbnailed. I don't want to get into the situation I'm in now writing a chapter and then hating the ones that came before it.

well, i finally have the scanner i need. my mom is giving me her old computer once it's fixed up, so hopefully soon, i'll be able to post my artwork!! yay!!!
