The times was slow and Mikhail found ways to entertain himself, testing his energy levels. At first he had just snooped about, casually touring the small place, and then in boredom had fiddled with a bit of transformagraphy, using his skills in such to produce matter, black shapes to dance about him.
Finally he produced a simple sketch pad and coal, finding a different room of interest and sitting on a rather large shelf high off the ground, his feet drawn up as he worked on the drawing. He found peace in the task finally and wasted away the time with his sketches, letting his mind flow out with paper and coal pencil.
Mikhail, wrapt in his work, hardly paid any attention to the realization that Cassiel was back other than a random though of 'about time'. Nonetheless, he did not venture out to find her or move from his perch, wings tucked comfortably behind him as he leaned upon the wall and continued his work.

Cassiel smiled, closing her eyes for a moment as she opened her mind, slowly searching through the house with her energy, though she kept it withdrawn, masked to hide the depths of her own power, following the trail of his energy throughout the house until she found probably the youngest trail, Mikhail's energy leading into her store room, three cupboards and a couple of shelves, she kept her home tidy so it barely had anything to represent clutter.
She smiled when she found him up on the shelf, quickly withdrawing her energy and practically glided up the steps in a smooth motion, boots barely making sound on the rich carpet, her hands gently pushed the door open and she looked up at her guest, smiling gently as before,
"I found some clothes in town I think are about your size. It is not much, but they aren't damaged and blood-ridden at least," She spoke to him in that soundless whisper within the mind, "They're in the patient room, I'll be downstairs should you need me. Is that alright?"

Sensitive to everything, he bristled slightly at the energy that searched then relaxed only slightly in realization that it was only her. With a careful hand he finished the last sketch and waited for her to eventually search him out, that same appraising look still on his face. His eyebrow quirked as she entered as acknowledgement.
"You didn't 'ave...thanks." he said in response, letting her feel as though she had done a great task when he could have easily materialized the clothes he needed; just for some reason hadn't yet.
he didn't know why he was going to so many lengths to make her seem appreciated, but he hopped down from the seven foot drop and found himself in the patient room, rummaging through and trying the clothes she had found on.

"Oh I know.. I'm not unfamiliar with the ability to summon garments or armor, I used to do it myself.." Cassiel responded, putting a hand to her mouth and giggling in that soundless manner that she would. She did indeed do the same, summoning a set of armor and two swords that she always stored in a pocket dimension
"It's simply to familiarize yourself with current human garments.. Plus it would save you energy to simply wear these than summoning clothes."
She made her way downstairs, delicate, quiet steps, not even disturbing the wooden creaks that others would step on, blundering over and making a lot of noise. Cassiel didn't care for noise, she liked peace and quiet, save maybe for rain and thunder, or the sound of the wind, but perhaps that was just her angelic nature. She made for the kitchen, but stopped, turning her head to look in the patient room where Mikhail was changing.
The angel looked stunned, frozen in place as she watched, she couldn't even tear her eyes away, a blush coming across her face. When she fully realized what she was doing she sharply turned on her heel,
"S-sorry...!!" She held her hands to her sides and in tight fists as she swallowed hard, still feeling a hard lump in her throat, blushing even more profusely, he was probably not goignt o be pleased that she'd jsut stared at him like some fascinating little show..

He had merely shrugged in response to energy and gone on to change. He settled on the black slacks and was fondling a white button down when he finally acknowledged her presence in the room by looking at her.
Mikhail could almost laugh at her reaction to seeing him and chose to have some fun with it, following after her with a wicked grin and the shirt thrown over his shoulder.
"Whats the matter? Don't your angelic cherubs all fly around naked?" he asked with a slight snicker in his voice.

"Our cherubs stay in their cots, neatly covered in Celestian silk.. Flying about naked is a punishable offense resulting in severe disciplinary action." She replied, interlinking the fingers of her hand and lowering her head a little, still quite red in the face,
"We do not willingly reveal ourselves to anyone except those we truly desire.. It is tradition.. And when we do so we may choose no other." Cassiel lowered her head a little more, biting her lip, "However if our partner does not reciprocate those feelings it is annulled.. We never choose our partners lightly."
She continued to keep her eyes averted from him, trying to find something to distract herself away from him, though she seemed to have lost some of her grace as she nervously fumbled with cutlery.

"Riiight.... Well at least some 'ave morals." he said in response, tugging on the shirt and snapping his fingers, a black sports coat slipping over it.
The words were not said snidely but more to himself.
With a shrug he started to go back to the room from which he had come to get his pad and coal.
"Sorry, didn't mean to offend." he threw over his shoulder and vanished in a puff of smoke, appearing what he thought was possibly a pantry to receive his work.

Cassiel relaxed when the demon left, biting her lip slightly as she tugged on one of the buttons of her dress, but she left it in place, still looped through the upper layer. She closed the cupboards quietly, walking idly about the downstairs rooms, her right hand raised so she could softly chew upon her index finger, a small smile on her lips.
She was alerted a knock on the front occurred and she turned to it, watching as it opened to a young man, slightly gruff features, dark hair and matching eyes. Cassiel smiled a little, waving her hand to him, she knew him as Jacob, he was a local.
The angel jumped a little when he grabbed her wrist, staring at her,
"Word's goin' around town you let some stranger into your house, again." He stated blankly gripping her arm tight and pushing her back so he could look into the patient room, seeing a bowl, and some discarded bandages, plus the impression of a body on the bed, but no sign of the stranger,
"Well..? Where is he?" He asked, there was a level of jealousy in him that was growing. Cassiel raised her other hand and shook her head, trying to indicate that she didn't know,
"Don't you lie to me! The old man said he as completely done in. You shouldn't be welcoming people like this into your home now where the hell is he??"
Cassiel had known something like this was going to occur, Jacob let go of her arm, moving to start exploring the house but she rushed over to pull on his arm, shaking her head. The slap she received as more than audible, she felt the flesh of his hand across her face before stumbling back and falling against the kitchen cupboards, nursing the red area on her face.
Jacob turned to her again, walking in her direction with an angered face,
"What the hell do you think you're doing? Why are you protecting a random stranger in town?? What the hell are you hiding?! I know you're hiding something! Answer me!" He grasped her arm, pulling her to her feet and threatening to slap her again, though honestly, how did he expect her to answer if she couldn't speak or didn't get a chance to.

Mikhail had just been returning at the end of the scene and everything happening. A frown found his lips as he quickly decided whether or not to involve himself before scowling. Cassiel could be Melanie. Sophie. Sinead.
It was absolute silence that followed his movements as he walked behind the man with his focus on Cassiel.
"Problem?" he spoke in a chilled voice, resonating in the mans ear.

Cassiel's face had a fear in it, but she did not fear Jacob, she feared the path he was going down and if he didn't turn back, it would be the end of him, his soul would be destined for the nether-realms. Though her gaze then went past Jacob who stopped short of slapping Cassiel again, looking over his shoulder at this other man.
Since he was fully dressed, Jacob wasn't sure at first, but then it would be too much of a coincidence if another stranger had appeared. He pushed Cassiel aside, turning around to stare at the demon, not that he even knew,
"Yeah I got a problem; you. We don't like strangers around here, they only bring bad news, what brought you here? And if you're healed, leave, you're not wanted."
Cassiel had managed to get on her feet and moved to stand between them, facing Jacob and holding her hands up in front of her, shaking her head as though to stop him, but again her grasped her wrist, draggin her aside,
"Move. I'm dealing with him."
The angel was pulled aside and she bit her lip again, looking in Mikhail's direction,
"Don't hurt him.. Too much.. He doesn't know what he's doing.. or what he's up against.."

Mikhail ground his fangs a bit and resisted a growl but caught Cassiels somewhat nervous plead. Damnit...
With a scowl her crossed his arms, easily a head taller than this man and looked down on him.
"Keep causing my cousin 'ere problems and it is going to be you 'oo 'as the problem. I don't know of what stranger you speak." he said, forcing his lie to sound the voice of the part he was playing; merely a cousin visiting with no understanding of the situation at hand.

"Cousin..?" Jacob snorted, looking at Cassiel to confirm this. She was still staring at Mikhael for making up that story but then looked to the rather abusive human, realizing he was trying to get it from her and she nodded. Jacobs face twitched as he let go of her hand, walking past Mikhail and sneering slightly, but then looked back at Cassiel,
"You best not hide anything from me.. Some-one was here and I'll find out." He smirked, looking at Mikhail, "See you later, 'Cousin'." Jacob left the house, Cassiel rubbing at her wrists softly.
Her gaze went to Mikhail, she looked a little nervous but then bowed her head,
"I'm sorry about that.. Thank you for restraining yourself.." She apologized, hurrying over to the front door and pushing it closed, there locking it.

He sniffed and shrugged, anger still pumping through him at the idea of anyone knocking anyone around with no valid reason
"It would 'ave been stupid to do otherwise." he said and leaned down to pick up his book and looked out the window, watching the man walk away.
"In truth I should be leaving. I'm only trouble 'ere and i'm needed elsewhere"

"I couldn't let you do that..! Your body may be well onto its way to mending but I am quite sure you need to recover the rest of your strength first," Cassiel went over to him, holding her hands to her torso for a moment but dared to reach the right forward, placing her hand upon his closest.
She was still truthfully worried for her guest, whatever had done so much damage to him would do worse if he left now and was discovered by them. Though insinuating he was trouble made her curious, she looked up at him, tilting her head slightly,
"What do you mean by being trouble..?" She questioned, withdrawing her hands, "To be honest.. I'd like to know what put you in such a state.. What calls you away so urgently?"

"My body is fine." he said aloud, rummaging through the patient room to make sure he wasn't leaving anything important behind. Frustration was starting to build up and he didn't bother holding his tongue.
"Trouble; as in big baddies with forked tongues coming and ripping your pretty little wings off that pretty little body of yours. As in trouble for anyone I stay in contact for to long with. I crossed a line and am paying for it." he said, scowling as he tossed the sketch book on the bed, the coal drawing of Cassiel with a bowl of stew to her lips in a laughing manner.
He turned to her a fire in his eyes as he nearly growled.
"I need to find my sisters; i'm sure the council will be after them at this point."

Cassiel followed after the demon for a moment, her eyes looked tot he bed for a moment, spying the picture of herself and put a hand to her mouth, with-holding another giggle, but dropped the humored expression as she looked to him. He had sisters? And who was this council? She'd been out of touch with both Celestia and the Netherrealm so long that she understood very little of what he was saying.
"You crossed the line..?" She asked, putting her hands together and grinning a little "I suppose we're in the same boat then, considering I took care of a demon.." She put a hand to her lips, thumb to her chin as she seemed to consider something but then smiled, clapping her hands together for a second and held her hand up,
"I'll go with you." She stated quite arbitrarily, placing her hands before herself and smiling sweetly, "They'd find it quite hard to pull my wings off, after all."

Mikhail blinked.
"Do you 'ave any idea of what is going on?"
He walked over to her, standing toe to toe and looking down at her.
"There is a war coming Cassiel. And there is absolutely nothing to be done about it." he said, grating his teeth before once more turning away from her, this time headed for the door. "Fine, they'll just peel your skin instead." he said with a shiver, working at the lock.
"You can't come with. You're probably already in a good deal of trouble for 'aving 'elped me; with both your world and mine."

Cassiel sighed, shaking her head a moment, she didn't know what was going on for definite, but talk of a war coming made her look up at him, when he mentioned that nothing could be done about it she approached him, grasping his arm with surprising strength as she pulled him away from the door, turning him about so she could look up at him again,
"If you truly believe there is nothing that can be done.. Why are you in such a hurry to leave?"
Cassiel placed her hands on her hips and shook her head sadly,
"Either you stay here and acknowledge there really is nothing you can do, or I go with you while you look for a way to disprove that silly notion.." She produced the key for the door and held it up before him, smiling a little,
"Why should you even worry for what they'd do to me..?"

"I'm not waiting though." he said smartly and pulled the collar of the sport coat closer about his neck.

Cassiel smiled, grabbing a pen and pad from her home and quickly writing a note that she jammed into the door gently then closed the home, snatching her key back and locking the door. She pocketed it and looked aside to him, placing her hands together as she stood on her toes for a moment,
"So, where would you like to go..? The closest doorway to the nether-realm is in the very forest you appeared in, I could lead you there, if you would like..?" She smiled, though looked int he direction of the other village homes, it would be sad to leave this place, the people here had treated her well, except maybe for Jacob, but he was only human..
"Shall we depart.. Mikhail?"

"We stay in the mortal realm for now." he said calmly and turned around in a few circles before walkin got the edge of her property. He looked out to the village and then into the forest and then made his way to a different edge of his property.
"..."
With a scowl he walked to yet another edge of her property before spinning around in frustration.
"Where the 'ell are we??"

Cassiel quietly giggled to herself, watching the demon wander about in a confused fashion, she couldn't help but be amused when he finally relented and turned to her to ask where they were, Cassiel responded by standing by his site and pointed at a nearby sign that clearly read 'Talvin Village'
"We're several miles south of Neraz town, and about sixty miles southeast of Geltania, the largest city in this region, it's also the headquarters of the Angels that reside in the mortal realm."
She explained all this according to her memory of it all, but by now Geltania had probably advanced greatly, she hadn't cared to return there for some time, she calmly looked to him and smiled,
"Where would you like to be, Mikhail?"

Once more he flexed his wings before turning and facing her.
"The mountains just outside Geltania then." he said and with a half smirk he lowered his wings in a powerful thrust and lifted from the ground with ease, a good six feet, staring down at her. "Come on then."

Cassiel bowed her head to him, smiling as he lifted into the air, she looked behind her shoulders for a moment, closing her eyes, she hadn't done this in years.. However she had to with-hold as much of her power as she could, so long as he was assuming that she couldn't defend herself so well the more fun she could have when it came to surprising him.
Silvery forms grew behind her, taking an opaque appearance as it slowly defined itself into a pair of small wings, just enough to lift her from the ground, she forced a little more energy into them to grow the ephemeral wings. She looked up and smiled, pushing from the ground, an odd, silver ringing following her as the ground appeared to ripple with white lines, the Angel ending up almost face to face with him and giggling quietly again, slipping past him in the air and soaring higher, until the ground below were nothing more than a map of roads and buildings.
She stared far into the distance, she could see the spires of Geltania to northwest from here, its mountainsides running north of it and covering part of the south, the rest of the south covered by a great lake, whose river ran through the town and to the sea to the west,
Cassiel seemed to fumble in the air a moment, as though losing her balance in the air, but spent a moment steadying herself. Aligning it correctly was difficult, if she displayed all her power this would be much easier, but keeping it suppressed at the right level took some concentration.
She eventually looked about for Mikhail, waving her arm to him and smiling,
"So then, shall we go? What do you intend to do at Geltania?"

He shot up after him to her height and paushed, easily balancing himself. He eyed her curiousyl before gazing out at the landscape and for a moment just closing his eyes and taking a breath before answering her question.
"I 'ave no business in Geltania. I said the mountains." he said and started at a somewhat brisk pace in that direction.
"Do you 'ave any... friends?" he asked tenatively, not trying to be rude.
