Al said this with a little giggle. Gosh it's been forever since I did that in a long time. Al hadn't had to protect himself from someone since he came out to his family.

Xanthe' nodded at the timing problem. "Hmm...well, we were turning Poe's Masque of the Red Death into a short play and also doing Midsummer's Night's Dream." She smiled to herself at the thought of playing Titania.

Emrys turned around and glanced at the boy. "You are right. Let me get something to wrap our food up." He said after a moment. Standing up, he walked towards a food attendant and ask the woman for some plastic wrap or a take-out tray. after waiting a few moments, the woman came back with two small plastic trays and handed them to Emrys. Making his way past some other students, he flashed Lenore a smile.

Lenore grinned back at Emrys when he smiled and came back with two trays. "Great, these are perfect." she said happily, putting her food into the container he handed to her. She waited for him to do the same before they both stood up. "Alright, ready to go talk?" she asked with a laugh as she looked towards the boy who had been watching them.

Balthazar had watched Emry get up and walk over to get soemthing to wrap their food up, so he kept his head down afraid that they might have seen him. he ate with his head down and the hood of his cloak shrouding his face, not chancing to look up in case they were looking at him.

Emrys carried his tray and offered to carry Lenore's when he nodded to her. "He seems to be trying to blend in. Don't you think?" He asked Lenore, glancing at the boy who had his hood obstructing the view of his face. Wrapping his free arm around her waist, Emrys started to walk towards the boy.

Lenore smiled and walked with him. "Just be nice. He's probably just shy." she told him. She smiled even more when he put his arm around her waist and they made their way over to the boy. "Um, hello. My name is Lenore and this is Emrys. Just wanted to introduce ourselves." she told the boy with the cloak.

Balthazar froze clenching his fork in his gloved fingers, he hadnt realized that they had been coming his way and he freaked slightly. he was quiet for a minute before he put down his fork and he rubbed his gloved hands together nervously."H---i---"he said hisvoice high and nervous, hekept his head own trying to hide himself still.

"Do we really make you feel nervous?" Emrys remarked, holding back a chuckle. He wanted to be 'nice' as Lenore asked him to. Setting the tray down on the table, he offered his hand in a handshake.

Lenore smiled. "I'm sorry, we just wanted to introduce ourselves to you. We've seen you around a lot today." she said with a smile. She had put her arm back around his waist as well.

Balthazar didnt move his head as he heard Emry, "i-i-i-i..." he started but not being able to finsih. he extended his hand then froze retracting it quickly, "Sorry i cant shake hands. a-a-and i know... sorry." he said still nervous as he directed teh last comment at lenore.

Emrys frowned as the boy stuttered and started to extend his hand before jerking it away. "You're not nervous because we are vampires, are you?" His mind started getting giddy from her arm being around him as he withdrew his free hand back. "So, what's your name?"

Lenore smiled kindly at the boy. "Don't be nervous." she said with a smile. She rubbed Emrys side gently as he asked for the boys name. She wondered why he couldn't shake Emrys hand.

Balthazar looked up slightly so that he was still mostly shaded, "My name is balthazar... and i cant touch you... im not allowed." he said looking back down at his plate as he spoke. Embarissed and nervous he just sat staring down, "I didnt mean to scare you at the pool.. i just ... dont speak right in places like that." he muttered..

Iggyma gave Haru a small smile "Really am I that good?" he thought for a moment "I'm Not really a People person the only Person I've really had in my life is Vegas so I don't really know how to react when someone drags me from my set and into a group of people."

Vegas smile "Never seen a sound Demon before your power sound like there useful to you..." he thought for a moment "Wait... Sonic Booms as in like the thigs after big bangs and jets and stuff?"

"Yep. And I have perfect pitch in songs, and can hold notes indefinitely. It's really good when I want to put kids to sleep when I don't want to deal with them." Al saw that Lorrina and Mathias were havinga good time. "So, Vegas, I have to ask because no else will. Are you really named after the city or is there more behind the name?" Al always loved to find out people's backgrounds. It made him feel like he could know them more that way.

Lorrina listened in interest to their conversation while she ate. "Oh cool do you like music too Al?" she asked "I play the violin," she told them happily.

Lorrina's wolf ears which were hidden beneath her hair, suddenly twitched when she heard the sound of a bell in the distance, she finished eating her spaghetti and looked down at her watch, she had five minutes left until her archery class started. She looked up at Mathias, Haru, Al, Iggyma and Vegas "Sorry I have to go to my next archery class now," she told them "It was nice meeting you all though," she said with a smile as she stood up, pushed her chair in, grabbed her plate and walked over to a bin. She placed all her rubbish from lunch inside it and walked out of the cafeteria. Lorrina started to walk towards her dorm room to change into her P.E clothes.

Emrys let out a small sigh. "I admit that was more me being overly protective. My sister claims that it's going to be the death of me yet." He chuckled. "And it is nice to meet you, Balthazar. Interesting name you have." He tried to see if he could tell what the boy was. He knew that the guy wasn't a vampire... Maybe an angel? Emrys pondered.

Lenore cocked her head to the side, still curious as to why he couldn't touch Emrys hand. She smiled up at Emrys when he said that was him being overly protective. "I guess it was just because everyone else has been just coming up and saying 'hello'." Lenore said with a smile.

Then he returned his attention to Xanthe. " When's the performance?" While he waited for answers, he listened in on the conversations of others a little.

It was hard not to hear Al's unique voice over the crowds as he eagerly spoke of what he was. So far he had managed to pick up on a few names from Haru's and Al's group. However, he wasn't sure who owned which name except for Lorrina since she was the only girl there. From what he was hearing, she was leaving for Archery class which made him wonder if Al and Haru were going with her or not. Then he remembered that they were supposed to be in different classes at this point in time. 'So they're skipping..?' he thought, remembering a few other classmates he knew who loved to avoid classes. This was definitely a very lax school. 'Maybe I should try avoiding Gym class tomorrow.....'

" he said as he felt an itch on one of his gigantic wings, he wasnt sure why his wings were so big but he was happy his father had shown him how to make them seem almost nonexistant. "i guess since your being nice i should say my real name... well my name on the records... hi im Angelus Mortis... now can you see why i dont shake hands?" he said noting their faces when he retracted his hand.

"Mom just liked the name she told me that when she saw me after I was born that I looked like a Vegas so no not really named after the city." he smiled. "What about your name?"

Iggyma nodded "Sure have some friends sound nice." He looked at Haru "um what do you have this hour Haru?"

"Well we are at least cordial enough to be friendly towards each other. At least for now." Turning to Vegas, "That's pretty cool. My name has been passed down for like ever. So being the only boy, I got it. Plus," saying in the thickest Russian accent, " is good strong name for good strong boy."
