Mene was made for Firefox, so it is easier to do everything in a fire fox browser. I know for a fact that the inventories work on Chrome (usually), though you have to click the item a lot for it to equip.

Yes, a screenshot of the error message would probably be quite helpful.

Do you know how to take a screen shot dear? The people here cant help you much if they dont really know the issue at hand...like what sort of error message and such. More info means better chance at getting helped.

It seems like more of a problem of your computer than something wrong with the site/ item system.

Sorry, there is not much I can do.

What version of Internet explorer are you using?

There's nothing wrong with the site as we've not received any bug reports of the same issue(that I know of).

The error could be caused by an add-on for internet explorer. Not sure if this can also be done on windows xp, but see if you can open Internet Explorer without add-ons

Quote:
Click the Start button, click All Programs, click Accessories, click System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
Once you open IE with disabled add-ons (there should be something displayed at the top of the window indicating that add-ons are disabled), try viewing menewsha. If this fixes the problem, this means that one or some of your installed add-ons could be messing with the site
