AlbaRosaria - Like, I thought it was cute at first because I was all: AWW THEY'LL BE LIKE BROTHERS - WAIT WHAT ARE YOU DOING STOP IT. :gonk:
The fighting was cool though, and I loved the side characters. That's the main reason I watched the whole series. I'm not touching the manga, however.
And omg, that's so cool! <3 I know the company Bobobie/ResinSoul offers multiple color resins. They offer blue, green, tan, red, WS, and NS I believe.
I saw this one person on DoA who dyed their Pipos anthro BJDs to look like foxes and cheetahs and stuff. It was pretty nifty.
Staralight - I'm about as asexy as people come. :B So sex is just off limits for me!

Teal - You're very welcome for that! : ) I like to think I know a fair bit about these dolls, seeing as I've been in the hobby for close to three/four years. If you have any questions, don't be scared to ask me! And if you're not a member of DoA, I highly recommend joining once registration is open again. The people there are friendly and are more than willing to help newcomers. ^^
Staralight - We are very chatty people. Yes yes. And THAT is why the mana is gone. We talked it all away.
Wow that doesn't even make sense. XD

Oh, and I need your opinionionion (x
Should I get the face up for the light skinned Mo? I think it looks a tad creepy to me xD the lip color bothers me a little. But can't you re-do the face up?
Kaci: BAH! I forgot to sign up on Friday Dx I knew I was forgetting something...

Teal: Blizzard is the company that produces the World of Warcraft, Starcraft, Warcraft, and Dioblo games.
And you can do the face-up yourself. Just avoid using anything that has oils in it, because they will eat through the resin.
Kaci: owO wouldn't that make more sense with rogue energy? Rather than a Warlock's mana?

Yep...sharpie will do the samething btw. So no tattooing with sharpie.
However they do make those little temp. tats for dolls. The ones you rub on with warm water. ^w^ I plan on getting Makrua a nice cross tat for his back.
However for the face-up.
You can use oil-less make up, color pencil, and I forget what you use for the lips. I really wish that other girl who does face-ups would post. She knows more about it.
And I play WoW like everyday. >w>
Which is why my Makrua has a warlock/shadow priest outfit.
((And he's a Blood Elf...not no smelly alliance Night Elf jk jk to any of you who are alliance. Though I play Horde I have nothing personal against the Alliance. Except when they of course steal the ore I was about to mine.))

Staralight - I've actually never played WoW, so I know nothing about it. XD
Teal - Face ups are generally done with acrylic pants and pastel. Though some people use color pencil for eyebrows and such. Pastel and acrylic are more popular because they seem to give a more professional finish. Then there's the ever popular gloss! Yes, BJD fans seem to be addicted to gloss! Just remember, Chalk pastels, not oil! O_O;
You can also send him off to get a face up too. :3 But I'd rather do it myself. I never done a face up before, since I ordered Kadin with a default face up.

Ohh I didn't know they had water tattoos for them xD That's awesome.
I'll probably just use colored pencils (: That sounds easiest lol. And you can get it off with magic erasers right?
Kaci: I will remember (: I just want him to have a little bit of eyeliner-ish looking stuff on his eyes, nothing super fancy. I've never tried either, so Fai will be my test dummy! (Oh my, he'd probably be pretty upset if I said that to him ^^; )

Also face-ups do start to wear away after a while. It's just apart of getting 'old' for them lol. But yes you can send him off to get it redone the same way or a new face-up altogether.
I like Makrua's scar across the eye, so I may just keep his face-up when it comes to have it redone. Or I very well might get one of DoD or Tata's face-ups.
Oh yeah face-ups have a sealer on them. So they need a type of paint remover to get it off. And then Magic Eraser to get the remainder.

I heard Pastels are easy to use too. Just shave a bit of pastel dust off, dab the pastel dust with a paint brush, and apply! Viola! XD Acrylics are the hardest, as you need extremely thin paint brushes and acrylic retarder so it won't be super thick and gross on your doll.
ALSO. MAKE SURE YOU USE SEALANT. Mr. Super Clear Flat (MSC) is the recommended one, but there's also the Volk's spray. If you can't get either one of those, you can use Testers Dull Coat, but I've heard iffy things about that one. :/
MSC and the Volk's Spray can be found at volksusa.com. : )
Generally people spray before applying the face up, and after each layer, and at the very end.

A test dummy is always a safe way of going about things ^w^
Actually I might get myself a test head to practice doing face-ups on myself. Though I am not into the whole gloss business. Makes a boy look like he's a drag queen. And though Makrua is bi, he likes people guessing.

Teal - YouTube - Another BJD Faceup Demonstration and YouTube - BJD Faceup Tutorial are pretty good videos when it comes to BJD face ups. :3 Giving your doll a face up is simple, but it's also very tricky as you need a steady hand with good pressure control. ^^ I honestly can't wait to try my first face up!
Staralight - I love glossy lips. Like, not too too glossed, but glossed enough just to give some shine to them! Glossy eyes are give and take. Anything else should just not be glossed. XD

Lol me either.
Oh my....>w> I am now offically creeped out.
This girl on Solia randomly added me on YIM because she liked my photos so much. And now won't stop pestering me.

Because after shower pics are yummy.
Btw you can get your doll wet. You just have to change the strings to dry ones so that they don't rot.
