Gren nodded his head and scratched his chin before replying to Kyrii. "Red huh. I don't know Ri, although I guess it could work to your advantage. Ladies seem to like guys with darker hair it seems though." He laughed nudging Kyrii. He decided to give her the nickname 'Ri' since he was unsure of what to call her male alias for the time being.

Upon hearing Dy's question Gren shook his head as he answered him, "No-" He sighed softly. "No I don't have a horse. They generally dislike me, although it isn't a problem since I have no issues traveling by other means when I have the chance." He would've liked a horse and would've gotten one if it hadn't been for how they reacted around him. They just seemed to not like him near them and that was that.

Kyriis stomach starte to grumble at the lack of food she had had. Oh well im not a beggar. "So Gren... is there anything your doing for the rest of the day?" She asked the question in all seriousness. She really wanted to get to know the knew friend she had made. Maybe it was time for her to meet new people anyways. He already knew her secret so why not. The men were still singing and it was starting to get a little annoying. Maybe it was time to go out to look around. Maybe they could live here. She could help the woman who had served them so much.

Dy looked at her as she asked the question to Gren. "Seems hes a little tired of me and needs to get to know new friends. Hes a little sparky sometimes. If you go out he might be a handful." He took another swig of the whiskey. He wasnt drunk cuz he could hold alot of whiskey but he was acting a little drunk as he swayed in his seat. He felt a jab at his side and held it. "OW WHAT DID YOU DO THAT FOR?!" He got up and looked extremely angry at it

Kyrii watched him as he swayed and said what he did. She then punched him in the side for what he had said. "You called me a handful. I am no such handful as you are a stupid drunk." She looked at him piercing his gaze as he scoffed at her.

Dy scoffed and said softly. "you are one if you go doing what you just did. Besides you get annoying after a few days travaling with you."

She look at the group and the comments that they made with a smirk.. she shook her head for a moment speaking in a language almost as old as the land it's self " aye that's what ye get for trying to help out- it's a habit- after years of wondering this earth you learn not to trust people but good to know they think they can take me" she tilted her head for a moment as if she had herd something no one else had.. a small appearing on her lips as she let out a breath watching as the cloud formed and dissipated as the heat hit it she turned in her seat her voice going back to something most can understand

" Do not fear Dimitri i was just.. being cautious after roaming as much as i do i tend to be a bit.. worried of small things- i am sure they will comply with the young lady and no harm will come- but yet if i need you i will call do not worry " she sat back folding her hands on the table as she looked around. her eyes seeming to shift color in the light. She lets her hair down shaking it out trying to dry it from the wetness that had accord on her travels

Gren rose an eyebrow at Kyrii's stomach growling. "Still hungry then I take it." He said, his gaze going to her stomach then to her eyes. "You just ate that big omelet. I guess you really do need more food when you're still a growing boy." He smiled at her giving a teasing wink as well.

Upon hearing the question and watching the two siblings again argue he waited till they were both quiet before responding. "I hadn't planned on anything yet since I pretty much arrived. If there was something that you would like to do I wouldn't mind coming along." He glanced over at the group of men singing loudly before adding, "After all, I much rather not listen to them any longer. They're starting to give me a headache." He pinched the bridge of his nose with his right hand, closing his eyes for a moment before opening them. He gave the men another sideways glance, his deep green eyes narrowed in annoyance before he looked back to the siblings. Dropping his hand he shrugged his shoulders unsure of what they could do around here. He was very unfamiliar with the place after all.

"I can take him off your hands for awhile if you need Dy." He offered the brother finally. He could see that the male could use some time to himself, and it seemed the two were warming up to him rather quickly which was a nice change for Gren.

Kyrii looked at him. "Yeah im alittle hungrier but oh well. We can go in the woods and hunt if you want. Thats always fun. Or we could help the woman behind the counter for her hard work and bring back fresh food for her" She looked at the woman. "Miss do you need anything from the market place?" She leaned over and whispered to Gren. "what do growing boys like to do?"

Dy smiled at the offer. Though she had been quite annoying towards him, he still didnt want her out of his sight. He seemed to trust the man but he didnt know if he could trust the others. He sighed and picked his head up. "Yeah go ahead. Take him off my hands. That would be great though i dont mean to bother you with it."

So excited it showed in the way she couldnt sit still, Kyrii looked at Dy wanting to hug him but didnt. She didnt think this was what little boys did. "Thanx Dy."

"I will be coming with though. These men are annoying me as well" He got up and looked at the woman waiting for an answer on what she might need. "Its not like he doesnt run off anywhere without anyone with him anyways. He always does and it takes me hours to find him again." He smiled at the joke he had made on Kyriis behalf. Kyrii pouted at him from it.

Gren nodded agreeing with Kyrii in seeing whether Kyou needed anything from the nearest town of the surrounding woods. He leaned down to Kyrii and whispered back, "Depends upon the growing boy. Some like to harass girls, some just want to play war or train in their fighting skills." He winked at Kyrii thinking he was figuring how she may start to form her alter ego. He looked at Dy then, "It isn't any trouble. Really." He was sincere in his words to the sibling.

Seeing Dy stand and announce that he too would be coming, Gren looked at him slightly concerned. "You alright to go then? You have been drinking a bit now." He was not sure what Dy's alcohol tolerance was though it seemed that he burned through the drunken state quite quickly so far.

Dy started to sway as he moved. "On second though" He put his hand up in the air and it came back down. "I think im just going to go to sleepy" He had messed up the sentence. "I mean sleep." He didnt want to show that he truly was drunk as Gren had gotten up saying he could take care of the girl. He walked to the stairs and tripped on the first step going up. When he got to his room he put the key through the hole and turned it the wrong way. He tried to open the door and got very angry it wouldnt open. He turned the key the other way after kicking it then it opened and he went to the bed forgetting to close the door.

One of the men followed after saying he needed to use that bathroom. He went upstairsa and closed his door stealing the key to it as Dy slept.

Kyrii looked at Gren because of her brothers drunken ness. "Sorry he hasnt had alcohol in so long i think it messed with his system."

Gren watched as Dy weaved and changed his mind deciding to go get sleep. He was about to offer help if he had needed it but saw that he managed to climb up the stairs alright. He heard the thuds of Dy's small fit as he fought to get in his assumed room. Looking at Kyrii he had not noticed one of the men sneak off from the group to follow Dy. "It's alright, he deserves a few drinks I'm sure. Shall we then?" He asked walking towards the door. He paused to look at Kyrii, his eyes then going to the closet where their weapons were. Between the two of them, he was sure that they would not need them. He waited in silence for Kyrii to follow and begin to lead the way.

Kyrii looked at him after taking her eyes away from the stairs. "It's alright, he deserves a few drinks I'm sure. Shall we then?". oh right. She jumped off the stool and looked at the closet as well. Should we be ok without weapons? Nah we dont need them. "Alright lets go. Which way do you think the closest village is? And well just gett her lots of cooking stuff. She seems busy. Kyrii smiled at the man as she started to head towards the door. "Shall we take horses? Puck and Riley are good. They seem to like EVERYONE..." She said with a smile.

He followed Kyrii out the door and paused to look down the dirt road. "Well, I remember there was that one village not too far from here that way." He pointed in the direction in which he assumed was the village. Looking at Kyrii he answered her question about taking the horses. "I'm not sure they'll like me very much Kyrii." He smiled slowly, there was a sadness in his eyes as he made the gesture before it faded from his face. "Do you suggest any other way to travel?" He had had one idea but was not sure if she would be alright with it. "Doesn't hurt to tell her more about myself." He thought as he recalled that she and Dy and informed him about the two of them and the mess they were in.

Sitting back she watched as the people wondered back and forth hearing bit and pieces of the converstaions. She let out a slow sigh rubbing the back of her neck trying to get the kinks out. Glancing up at the roof as she herd the door being kick she smirked to her self shaking her head. Good to know someone was up for some holiday cheer. She turned popping her back letting out a sigh as she grew slightly... Then coughing she glanced around to locate someone to get a drink.. " Hot coco and rum sounds like it would hit the spot... something warm to keep me from freezing is always good" it had been some times since she had been to this bar... Several years in fact she just hoped they still carried her drink of choice

Kyrii looked at Gren. "If you didnt want to ride them we dont have to. Well just walk there k?" She smiled at him. Seeing the direction he was pointing she followed it. Was it really a bad thing to ride horses? He must be scared of them or somehting. "So what do you think well need to get for the lady inside. I dont think shell have anymore eggs so we can go get some for her. Thats one thing. Fruits?... Huh... Maybe some hot coacoa mix. Would that be good? Oh and some meats for lunch and dinner." She listed off the things she thought they might have to get for the woman to help her make the place comfortable as they walked.

He was relieved that she didn't press on the matter of riding the horses, not that he didn't want to. He was just not in the mood to deal with a fearful animal at this time of the day. He began to follow Kyrii listening to her list off various foods. "We can only carry back so much Kyrii." He said reminding her, there were only the two of them at the moment anyway. "Sounds like a good list there that you started with, let's see what they have readily available to us when we get there." He tried to remember what they had had earlier when he had passed through the village, chuckling softly as they walked on. "I guess I'm going back in the direction in which I came." He said with a slight shrug, his eyes went to Kyrii then before asking, "So, where did you and your brother come from? Mind telling me more about yourself?"

Kyrii stopped listing the items as he said they could only carry so much. He was right. They didnt have the horses so they had to be careful how much they were going to bring back. "Alright well see what theyve got before we decide what to get." She giggled at the thought that she had said too many things. Then he said he had been this way before. "You came this way to get to the tavern?" She asked but dismissed it as he asked "So, where did you and your brother come from? Mind telling me more about yourself?"

Kyrii looked at him again. "I dont mind. My brother might though. We came from Caraval. Our parents lived there for a while till our house was raided. Since then we have been running from thos men. They are men of Caraval. They liked having the idea of a fox girl putting on perfomances so the town could get money. My parents didnt like that so they came after us" She looked for his reaction.

He nodded in quick response to her question about the direction he had come from. "Yes, I went through this way. Is that strange?" He didn't think that it was and recalled his actions and how the people were in the town as he had passed through. They had all seemed nice enough and hadn't scowled at him as he passed, he didn't remember doing anything to draw unnecessary attention to himself.

His attention back on Kyrii as she talked about their home and divulged more of her and her brother's tale, he listened quietly. "What were they hoping to have to do if they put you on display? Were there others that they were doing this too?" He was beginning to think that traveling was not a bad option since people seemed to be so disgusting to anything different then themselves.

"Well the town was in a bit of trouble money wise and the townspeople had devised a plan from the stories they had heard from others. There were others like me such as a Werewolf boy or the ferret girl. The cat boy was nice to me but it all turned out the same. Their families were raided at the same time as mine. My brother and i were the only ones to escape with our lives. The others were enslaved and their families killed for trying to stop them." She looked around the town and then saw something shiny down one of the alleyways. She darted off in that direction and followed the shiny thing as it moved. It was too much fun to play with.

Gren's brow creased in anger as he listened about the others and what fate held in store for them. He could not believe that such a place would do something as that. He was sure that they could have found a better solution or could have asked for the help from the different people instead of forcing them into the work.

Before he could say anything in response, Kyrii darted off to the side of the road following something. "Hey!" He yelled as she took off following it into the direction of the woods. He did not think that it was such a good idea for her to be doing that and followed in a sprint after her. He couldn't very well let anything happen to her while she was in his care after all, Dy would probably destroy him.

Kyrii finally caught the necklace with the gem that had runnaway from her. She picked it up and looked at the trinket. Stuffing it in her pocket she looked up. It was a Jewelry shack. Her eyes widened. She looked at her surroundings. They were in the forrest where she had just came from. She saw Gren sprinting towards her and ran up to him. "Its a gem store. ISNT IT SHINY?" There seemed to be no one there but it didnt mind her. She was just intrigued by the gems that were aligned on the cart.

Two of the men in the tavern decided to get up and walked out of it. They walked through the woods to follow the two but were a little late and just went to the town searching for them.

"LOOK LOOK." Kyrii ran up to the cart. "Their so BIG ITS AMAZING." She kept touching the gems like they were the best priceless pieces in the world. Her excitement overcame her want to help the tavern out.
