She sighed and rose from her seat, tired still as well but knew she should stay up for at lest a little while. she walked over to him and gave him a hug " thank you for coming for me" She said quietly before she kissed his cheek. she released him from her hold and walked away out of the room done with her meal.

He reddened a little.
"You're welcome..."he whispered. He sat there deep in thought as he watched her leave.
Jeane saw this and smiled.
I won't tell anyone....cross my heart."she thought.

Belle went up to her room, she did not care if anyone had seen her thank him for saving her. in her family cutler it was only seen fit to thank him and her small peek on teh cheek would have been considered a small token.

After an hour of thought, he went outside and lay under the trees once more.
The servants all began to clean up and wash the dishes, Jeane began to mop. The beast sighed and noticed it was raining very lightly so he went inside and went to the piano and began to play.
The servants all finished cleaning and decided to sleep for the rest of the night. Jeane, however, looked back in the direction of Belle's room, she wanted to talk to her but didn't want to bother her so then ran after Eofe and the other girls.
Eofe yawned.
"Good night girls, let us all have mellow dreams and a wonderful sleep. Let us also be welcomed with a calm day."she said getting on her bed and pulling the covers on top of her.
Jeane nodded and went to her bed and quickly fell asleep.
The beast noticed that his piano was the only source of noise in the castle and stopped to listen to the silence.

Belle had gone to her room changed into something less fancy and sat at the window seat in her room. she placed her hand on the cold glass and couldn't help but wonder about her family. she always would it was inescapable, no matter how much she might enjoy her life here.

The beast got up and walked to the ballroom and looked out the window. It overlooked into the ocean.
"Hmph...good night world."he said before leaving to his room. He passed Belle's room and stopped in front of her door. He wanted to say goodnight but instead continued to his room.

Belle looked over at the closed door, as she heard foot steps coming closer, at first she thought it might be jean or Eofe but then soon realized it was much to heaver for either. it must be the beast however she frowned as he paused but simply walked away. She sighed and waited for the sounds to get to his own room before she rose from her seat and went out of her room. She started to walk to wards his to say goodnight since he was to chicken to.

The beast was now in his bed. He wasn't sleeping yet, but he was beginning to get sleepy.

She stopped at his door and knocked not even hesitating for a moment. she waited for an answer before she went in.

"Oh, hello Belle. can't sleep eathier?"he asked as he opened the door.

She gave him a light smile and a small curtsy " nah m'lord I simply wished to come and bid you a Good night" she said lightly to him.

He bowed politely back. "Oh...well good night Belle. Sleep well now, and if something bothers you don't be afraid to ask me."he said patting her head.
"The reason I didn't enter your room was because I didn't want to disturb you..."he said.

She tilted her head lightly " you came to my room?" she asked tactfully playing dumb so that he would not be embarrassed " I'm glade you wanted to see me then" She said lightly before turning and leaving, going back to her room.

He nodded.
"Me too..."he said then went to sleep hoping James would back off.

She chuckled and wondered if he realized just what he had said, as she walked back to her room.

The beast was fast asleep now. Jeane however woke up and knocked on Belle's door.

Belle had just gotten into her room when she heard the knock, she opened the door to see jean she smiled and let her enter. " Hello Jean how are you?" She asked her lightly she hadn't have the chance to see Jean all day.

"Hello Belle, I'm pretty good....Belle? we're friends right? If I have a problem....can I talk to you about it? What about you, how are you?"she wrote this down on paper and handed it to Belle along with a hug. Jeane always thought of Belle as her friend...both Belle and Eofe were the only friends she had in this castle but for some reason she knew she could trust Belle a lot more than she could trust Eofe.

She smiled and nodded " I'm good" She then drew her over to the window seat which had the curtains closed at the moment " yes of coarse Jean you can talk to me about anything" She told her wondering what her problem was.

Well, I sleep with a rag doll named Stella....I woke up today, and she is gone....I can't sleep without hugging her. and I don't think the other servants have her because she's not in the room we all share...Belle, what should I do! I never take her anywhere...I always leave her on my bed. she wrote. noticing that she was running out of paper.

Belle frowned she rose and got her more paper, to write on. " that is troubling well I am nit sure what we can do about it at this late hour but if you'd like you can stay here with me and we can look for her together in the morning" She suggested wondering where her doll could have gone?

I can't bother you dear belle, but I accept the kind offer...Thank-you very much, I hope I don't bother you. Oh! and thank-you for the new paper. I was wondering if you would like to come with me to the market tomorrow for supplies. Maybe I can get more paper at the same time!she wrote smiling.

She smiled " I would love to go with you, and its no bother you remind me of my little sister" She said lightly

She smiled. Yay!, how?, she was also mute?! she said a bit shocked.
Or personality wise.... she added turning light pink on the cheeks.
the beast slept and so did all the other servants, the house was so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

she gave a light chuckled and hugged her " personality wise, she also had a doll she was always losing and she was very kind and caring like you. now why don't we head off to bed, we wouldn't want to sleep in now would we?" She said lightly already feeling protective over her and less lonely.
