Belle only chuckled at that " Oh no doubt" She said simply the beast was to much of a small boy in the way he acted to really do much about her at this moment.

Jeane couldn't talk.
What do you think? I think that's adorable! He likes you, you're lucky! she wrote and kept on working. Eofe approached them.
"Hello Dears! how's work going?"she asked.

belle chuckled and handed her the piece of paper back " I suppose that true" She said not unkindly at all. she smiled and looked up at Eofe as she entered " Hello its going well look no cuts today" She said jokingly.

"Ooooh! What are we chatting about?"Asked Eofe noticing that they were talking.
"That's wonderful Dear! what do you think we should do for dinner today?"she added taking the piece of paper Jeane handed her.
"Oh! I think so too Dear!" Replied Eofe clasping her hands together.

Belle was busy slicing meats for lunch as Eorfe was brought up to speed she rolled her eyes. " OH lets have venison" She suggested.

"What is that dear, I'm not quiet familiar with that food...would you teach us?"she asked.
The beast went back to the tree and lay under it resting. The breeze ruffled his hair and wings.

her eyes widened " how could you have never had deer before?" She asked them surprised if they didn't eat it then they didn't hunt for it either. oh well then.

"We can make that...we jut need to know the ingredients...but if you think we can't, do you have something else in mind?"replied Eofe not one bit rude.

Belle smiled " OH you can make it with anything, vegetables, gravy treat it like beef almost" She said simply

"Very well, we will make this...But will yiu help us since you're familiar with it?"she asked and Jeane nodded in agreement.
The beast lay still under the tree letting himself relax.
"Belle was right...this is nice...very serene....no one to disturb me...I'm at peace."he said.

belle nodded "of coarse I'll help, prepare it the easy way tonight by roasting it" She said happily. the dish was simple but tasted delicious.

The servants began helping set the table and others helped prepare the food.
I hope our lord likes this... wrote Jeane. Eofe nodded and patted her back.
"We all do Dear." she added helping Belle.

Belle and taken a large chunk of the deer and put it on a spit, she turned it slowly but continuously the fire very hot as she worked, she told them which veggies to use and how to collect the natural juices which dripped from the meat and to save them for the gravy. once the meat was done she showed them how to prepare the gravy using the drippings from the meat and some of the water they had boiled the veggies in. after words belle had to go change again as she was covering in dirt again from the fire place.

"Thank-you Kindly dear! Our lord is surely to hear about this!"said Eofe. They watched her go to change and they took care of the food while she was gone. Jeane took a peek outside and saw the beast resting.
Our lord is outside sleeping...or resting...I'm not sure should I fetch him or will someone else fetch him? she asked them.
"You can go fetch him if you'd like...first we'll wait and start serving the food before he comes here."answered Eofe. Jeane nodded and helped out in the kitchen.

Belle changed into something more suitable for dinner and fixed her hair which was currently slightly damp and matted from her sweating, soon she had it looking good and clean again. she then went down to help serve the food

Eofe looked at Jeane and Jeane knew she had to go tell the beast dinner was served.
She went outside and aproached him. She then handed him a paper and shook him a bit.
"Huh?" he said looking up at her. Then he took the paper.
"I see...very well Jeane...thank-you."he said she bowed her head and led him to the kitchen.

Belle had already served him up a healthy protrion leaving teh gravey for him to add as he wished. she sat down and waited for him to come and join her before she started to eat.

The beast went to his seat and looked at the food in front of him. He noticed that Belle was already seated but had not begun eating.
"Good day Belle...why haven't you begun to eat?"he asked.
Jeane bowed and excused herself and left with her fellow servants to eat in the other room.

Belle rose and curtsyed to him before she sat back down " I was awaiting you M'lord" she said simply as it was impotlite to eat without teh head of teh house hold presnet at the meal.

"Oh..."he said bowing his head in respect.
"That's kind of you...but you don't need to, the other servants don't do it...and I don't care."he sighed before he began to eat.
"I want to thank you..."he said lightly.
"Going outside really helps out deal with stress."he said smirking.
The other servants were eating in another room that was beautiful but not as beautiful as the main dining room. They began to discuss why Belle sat with the beast and not with them.
He likes her and she might start returning the favor... wrote Jeane. Most servants nodded in agreement.
"I believe she is doing it out of her kind heart....she probably doesn't want our lord to eat alone." she said taking a spoon full of her food.
Some servants shrugged but nodded in agreement as well.

Belle did indeed eat with the best because she did not wish for him to feel alone. after all he did spend all day alone, she smiled at him " your welcome" She said " and I will wait on you becouse I enjoy eating with you" She told him before putting some meat into her mouth

"I enjoy eating with you too Belle."he said drinking some water and resuming to eat.
He ate silently not knowing what else to bring up as a conversation. He loved the food he thought it was delicious.

She smiled as she saw he was eating heartily of teh food, a good sighn she would deiffanetly suggest this again in teh future.

"This is delicious! then again, all the food I eat is delicious!"he said with a light chuckle.
"Belle?, who was that man with you outside that one day...I think before you fell into the puddle."he added hoping not to bring up a bad subject.

She flinched as he brought it up, she hadn't thought he had seen. " That was just an old freind who wanted to make sure i was alright" She said oonly telling a half truth but she thought the situation had been delt with already.
