{This is a private RP between Uzura and Kiako}

Jareth had spent a lot of his time alone. He would sit down at his window, letting his crystal ball sway along his hand. He watched as the people outside walked by his apartment without noticing him. It wasn't until one day when one particular girl walked by, standing there laughing with her friends that his attention was drawn. He watched this girl closely. For once, she did not seem as far away from his as everyone else did. He felt like the distance between them was much closer.

Christine was walking with her best friend Sarah on the way back to their apartment. The two girls had grown up together once her father has past away, and when they were both 19, they moved out together. Christine and Sarah shared much of the same interests. Sarah was interested in acting and Christine loved to sing. She would spend hours singing.

"Hey Sarah, do you want to go see a movie tonight?" It had been so long since they had gone out. Most of the time the two were at home, studying for something or other.

((I'm not exactly sure where I want Eric to be yet, so I'll post as him in a later post))

Sarah adjusted the decorative tote bag around her shoulder, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear as she walked with her friend Christine. Her eyes lit up from Christine's suggestion.

"Oh, a movie!" Sarah replied happily. "I feel like I've been cooped up inside for days. A movie would be nice. Maybe if we go see a late show we could grab some dinner beforehand," the brunette added hopefully.

Christine smiled widely. "I know exactly how you feel. At least with exams and everything over we can finally have a moment to ourself and enjoy our summer holidays. Seriously, with the way things were going, I was beginning to feel like quite the hermit." Christine laughed, looking up at the sky. "God, its been forever since the weather has been this nice. Honestly, it never stops raining..."

Christine for a moment was saddened by this thought. most times during a sunny day, people would be happy, but not her. She would remember a time back when her father was alive and they would go out into the yard. He would watch over her as she played in the yard, dancing to the music he would play from his violin. Oh, how he missed her father so.

(Don't worry about not writing him in yet, do it when you find a good spot for it!!!)

"You got that right. It is such a beautiful day," Sarah sighed happily, stretching an arm over her head allowing her sore muscles to relax. She had been slumped over her desk studying for weeks, but now she had nothing to do but relax and enjoy the summer weather with her friend.

Sarah looked over at Christine with a smile but noticed the distraction in her roommate's eyes. Sarah's lips pursed slightly before she nudged Christine gently with her shoulder.

"Hey, no getting distracted. You and me are gonna go home, get dressed up, and spend a fun night out on the town, all right?"

Christine looked at her. "Sorry about that!" She smiled sweetly. "Shall we hurry back to the car and get home? We have a lot to prepare for. Perhaps after the movie we could hit up a club or something? Could be fun to go out dancing." She grinned, looking up at the sky. "Oh what adventures tonight could hold!" She giggled, and grabbed her friends arm and rushed off to the car in a silly fashion.

When she got there, she jumped into the front seat, throwing her keys into the ignition. The roar of the engine thrilled her, making the hairs on the back of her neck stand. She loved the power beneath his fingers. It the speed she control excited her in every way imaginable, and with that, she quickly made her way off home.
