" why didnt you tell me about john hunter i do not care if you had children before i just thought you cared about me enough to let me know that you were someone's father dont you think?" lilly was hurt that hunter did not tell her before

"I didn't know Lilly. John said it himself that his mother didn't want anyone to know. I even wore protection. Lilly I would never lie to you about something like this."

" honestly you didn't know ? that's a shame you should have known i mean he is your son?" lilly smiled as she thought of john and how nice he was

"At least I know that I'm a father. Come on, let's go inside." John was sitting at the dinner table. "I was wondering where you two were. come on, lets have dinner."

lilly sat next to john mary was in the kitchen making some food " Hey john how weird is it that your step mom is younger than you and your grandma is old enough to be your mother" Mary laughed a bit

"I spent my nights as a kid chasing cats through alley ways, and curling up with my mom to warm up with her fur. This is pretty normal." Hunter smiled. "I think your going to like it here. There's never a dull moment."

lilly turned to john with hopeful eyes " are you going to stay with us say yes please?" lilly looked at with with puppy eyes

"Of course I am Lilly. That is, if you have the room." "Of coures we have room" Hunter said, "You can have the guest room, and I'll stay in Lilly's room. Don't worry mary, I'll sleep on the floor."

Mary smiled " who said anything about the floor your sleeping in the Dog house i am am joking " lilly laughed at her mother's joke

Later that night, eveyone went to bed. Hunter hugged John goodnight. He kissed Lilly goodnight and settled in a sleeping bag on the floor. Hours later, in the dead of night, a voice came from the darkness. "Wake up Lilly."

lilly " what is it i am sleepy?" lilly was unhappy to be up because she was tired

A shadowy figure stood in the corner. He opend his hands, and a dove flew out. " Don't worry. Allow me to introduce myself, I am Archlord."

lilly knew this was weird " umm hello i am lilly umm what brings you to my room in the middle of the night ?" lilly began to try to wake hunter up as well

"Do not bother with Hunter, for I have frozen time. So you are in love with him? Interesting." Archlord walked closer to Lilly. "If I were you, I wouldn't get attached. You see, Hunter owes me something, and soon I will collect" He said with a viper like voice.

" collect what? why does he owe you what is going on?" lilly started to get scared

Archlord made a sinister smile. "He owes himself." Archlord then vanished, and it was morning. Hunter woke up and saw Lilly standing. "Lilly, whats going on. Why are you up so early?"

" hunter who is Archlord and why do you owe him ?" lilly looked at him with serious eyes

Hunter's face turned pale, and he sat on the bed. "I never thought this day would come. Archlord is a demon, apowerful demon. The ancient greeks called him aries, the god of war. He's the one who destroyed atlantis, just to show that he could!"

" okay but why do you owe him hunter please answer my question"

"100 years ago, I asked him for help to defeat an evil witch. He agreed, but on one condition. That after 100 years, I would become his slave, his personal guard dog. And now the day has come."

" so you are just going to leave me and go be his pet? if you knew you could not stay with me why did you even bother to meet me?" lilly looked into his eys with disbelif

"I didn't know that I would fall in love in that time. He will come for me at midnight. Until then, let's spend the day with John, as a family." Hunter hugged Lilly and whisperd in her ear"Please don't let him know."

lilly pushed him off gently " your son just meet you and he wants to get to know you and you are gonna leave again? you cant do this be a good parent fight this you have seen how bad it is for me not always having my parents around don't put john through that anymore please." lilly looked into his eyes

"I will try. But remember, don't mention anything to John." Hunter got dressed and went out into the hall where he met John. "morning sleepy head. Did you sleep well?"
"I slept great dad. Hey, I noticed a carnival in town. How about we go today?"
"Sure John. That sounds great. Anything you want, we have a lot of catching up to do."
