" its umm nothing i would save any child's life " lilly felt kinda weird again she she began to turn to go back into the house

"Well, thank you anyway. I am in your debt." Hunter went back up to the house, where mary handed him Snowflake. "You alright little one?" 'Yep, all better" Snowflake said with a smile. "Is mommy Lilly comeing with us?"

Lilly was still out side she wanted to take in the forest it was no longer her's she then turned around and walked in " snowfalke you look better sweetheart may i have a hug?"

Snowflake jumped into Lilly's arms, Licking her face. "Are you coming with us Mommy Lilly?" "No, Snowflake. Let's go home." Hunter took Snowflake in his arms. "It was good to see you again Lilly." Hunter met up with John, and they went back to the cabin.

Lilly felt hurt when hunter yanked snowflake out of her arms lilly ran up to her room and shut the door behind her

That night, Hunter couldn't sleep. He kept thinking about Lilly. As John and Snowflake lay asleep, Hunter snuck out of the cabin, and went to Lilly's house. He climed up the side, and knocked at her bedroom window.

lilly awoke scared but she saw it was hunter in the moonlight she wondered if anything was wrong she opened the window and let him in " did something happen to snowflake or john?" lilly began to get worried

"No,no they're both fine. I just wanted to see you." Hunter came in and sat on the bed.

" why i thought you were mad from the way you yanked snowflake out of my umm hands..." lilly leaned against the window

"What? no that was a misunderstanding." Hunter leaned back. "I just wanted to talk with you, see how you've been holding up over the past couple of weeks."

" i am doing well" it was truth her neck looked better but she still had to wear something over it so it would not get infected " how are you doing hunter?"

"Everything is going fine. Snowflake is learning how to hunt, John and I are catching up with each other, bonding really well. But some times it gets lonesome."

" i am glad you and john are closer now you will never be lonesome you have them they will always be there with you" lilly smiled at him with kindness

"I know I have them as family, but I don't have someone I be personal with." Hunter put his hand on Lilly's.

Lilly slowly slid her hand out from under his and she looked up at him confused " ....i can't..."

"I Just want to be around you for one night. Is that alright?"

" yes that is fine 1 night " lilly went over and sat down in a chair in her room " why do you want to anyway don't you think i am mean or something?"

"No, but sometimes you misinterpret things, like when I took Snowflake. I wasn't being mean. I was just picking her up."

Lilly wanted to say something back but she let it go she " okay i guess but why are you here with me now if you do not mind my asking?"

"I can't stop thinking about you. Every night, your in my dreams. And I wake up with tears in my eyes."

lilly was taken back by this she thought these few weeks would make him forget about her but she was wrong " i ummm........do not know what to say?"

"I don't know what to say either." Hunter lowerd his head. "Why must life be so complicated?"

" its not if you do what you feel inside or whats right" lilly looked out the window and gazed at the stars in the heaven above

" What I feel inside is my love for you." Hunter layed down on the bed. "That's all I relly know."

" and what i feel is that i do not know what i feel for you anymore..... i am sorry" lilly looked at him with sad eyes
