I'm a bit of a closet Goth to tell you the truth...But I really enjoy drawing(but I'm not very good) and reading.

So what's your definition of closet goth? What do you like to read? What is your favorite type of thing to draw? Do I ask too many questions?

I tend to think of a closet goth as someone who acts goth but doesn't dress gothic-y...Gothic-ish....I really don't know what one sounds better...
(I think that people who act goth are generally quiet and a bit moody...They also have to act like fangirls whenever someone mentions The Nightmare Before Christmas.;) )

I really like reading satires, science fiction, and horror.
I like drawing cartooney (That's not really a word but I hope it makes sense) humans and Cthulhu...
I also want to say that your pun/joke made me laugh...^^

Yay! Yea, bad jokes abound with me. I think I'm kind of the opposite in some ways. I love gothic-y type clothing/accessories, but am nicknamed hyper-girl (by some friends) so acting 'goth'...not so much....unless it's being compared to Abby (NCIS) then I could totally do goth. :P Except I'm not so good at the math stuff so science can't really be my thing...:P

What is Cthulhu? I've seen the word before (in a username) but I don't actually know what it means.

I'm pretty sure you can be a hyper goth...(if there isn't such a thing as a hyper goth then I'm going to have some really upset friends.):lol:

Oh and Cthulhu is a mythical deity made by a writer named H.P Lovecraft...He's supposed to look like a cross between a man, an octopus and a dragon...

Hmm...hobbies...I like sewing, crocheting, sometimes I try to write and make AMV's...I even occasionally try my hand at making jewelery and props....mini-fat buster sword anyone?

Gozziers XD you just made my morning. I suppose it would be up to some of us to really start it as a trend, unless we wanted to stay unique. MWAHAHAHAAAA! Okay, yea, I'm done. :P Of course, unique is all relative now that goth has gotten a bit main-stream...or at least there are a lot of, as one thread somewhere described it, 'poser goths' who just look scary....:P I like the techno-goth (I think that's what it's 'officially' called) with neon colors mixed in. Of course, I have a fondness for goth styles in white...XD

I really like techno-goth and white gothic things too.(and anything associated with the word poser is generally bad...) ;)

Okay, I am opposite of you guys. In real life, I, for some reason, dress really gothic-like, but don't act like a goth at all. I also have naturally black hair and pale skin, which adds to it. It's weird.

And I'm not really into H.P. Lovecraft or anything, but I know a bit about that universe and cthulhu and all that because I had some friends who were obsessed with it.

Haha, actually in high school, I was picked on for being so pale. I couldn't really tan like the other girls, so whenever I was in P.E. class and forced to wear shorts, everyone would make fun of my pale legs. Now that I'm out of high school though, people are a lot nicer about it. Make-up artists usually do compliment me and ask me if my hair color is natural because they say it's unusual for someone to have as dark of hair as I do and yet as pale of skin. I can't wear reddish lipstick at all because when I do, I look like a vampire. XD

And my heritage is a bunch of stuff. Some European countries and also middle eastern and a bit of native american. I know I get the skin from the European part of me. My Mom has light skin, too, but she has bright red hair.
