The doctor looked at Shaun. "Like I said before, each person reacts differently. Some have even gotten pieces back, while others regain the entire thing. Only time will tell." The doctor said. The two babies started to cry in the other room.

Shaun went back into the room. the twins were hungry. He looked at Ava. "Um, you do remember how to feed them, right?"

"Babies drink bottles... right?" Ava asked him. Knowing she was wrong by his face. Ava remembered the other way, and she did it. Though she was very awkward doing it.

Shaun gave a slight chuckle. Then he rememberd the wine bottle. He went rushing to the doctor. "If I give you the wine bottle that contained the poison, do you think you can make an antidote?"

The doctor looked at Shaun and smiled. "That would help greatly. I wish you had given us this before. Be back soon." The doctor took the bottle and headed to the lab. Ava watched as the two children fell asleep in her arms. she started to feel tired herself. Almost like she was being forced to sleep.

Shaun went back over to Ava, kissing her on the forehead. "Don't worry, you'll have your memory back soon enough."

"That would be nice." She said. Still very confused at everything. "I feel so old in this body..."

"Your still as beautiful as the day I first met met you" Shaun said with a smile.

"Tell me about that day. Maybe it will help me." She asked him. Leaning back on the bed. Each baby slept in both of her arms.

"I had just been promoted to commander. I stepped off the shuttle to meet my new squad, and standing right in front was you. You took my breath away."

Ava smiled and closed her eyes. Imagining the scene. Though she just could not seem to picture it fully. "How were we after that meeting? What did we do and such?"

"We fought in numerous battles. We saved each other countless times. One day, after a fight in the desert, I went in to your quarters to check in on you. We had some drinks and I told you how I felt. That's when we said we loved each other."

The doctor came in with a shot in hand. "We got it, she said walking over to Ava and injecting it into her. "This will make you sleep, but you will be fine. See you soon. Commander." The doctor said to Shaun as he walked out. There seemed to be an emergency outside of the room. Ava's eyes did start to droop though. "I do not want to sleep... I want to hear more." She said to Shaun.

"You'll know everything when you wake up." Shaun picked up the twins and put them in their stroller. He wanted Ava to get plenty of rest.

Ava fell asleep as the two children left her arms. Falling into a deep slumber.

Shaun played with Jason and Sara as he waited for Ava to wake up. He hoped she would get her memory back.

A while later Ava started to stir. She leaned up, feeling a shock of pain in her heart. Though she saw Shaun. "Hey Honey.. What did I do to myself this time?" She said, knowing she was in the hospital.

Shaun ran up to Ava, huging her tightly. "You had me so worried! Please tell me that you remember out wedding day, and giving birth to our kids!"

Ava hugged Shaun back and kissed his neck.. "Everything is still fuzzy, but yes."

Shaun kissed Ava. "I was so scared. I thought you'd lost all your memories forever. Now to find out who did this to you, and make them pay."

Ava leaned up more on her own. "What happened Shaun? I feel very confused.." She held her head a bit.

"You were poisoned. You lost your memory. Fortunately the doctors were able to make an antidote. I suspect empire was behind this."

She yawned and leaned back more in the bed. Very tired still. "Oh... how would they know where we live though?"

"It has to be spies. There is no other explanation. It must be someone in the neighborhood. Anyway, our kids our anxious to meet their mommy."

"Let me see them then love." She told him, bringing her arms out to take each child.
