"That's a relief. NOw get out of the building. I don't want you to be affected by the enchantment" Dark Ashleigh said, motioning him to leave.

"Going to fool everyone, I see." Yusei said. He snapped, and dissapeared.

Crow was tapping his foot as he waited for Aki to pick up her phone. "C'mon, Aki. Pick up already...."

The phone kept ringing and ringing. Dark Ashleigh began to glow a dark red colour as she begins to chant the enchantments. At a critcal point, the magic spreadded through out the building. Aka didn't get affected, nor Nefe, but the rest of the building got cast with the enchantment.
"There! Now that's done, I can do what I said I would do.....lucky me" Dark Ashleigh said as she clicked her fingers and began to do the housework at the federation.

Nobody noticed that they'd all been put under an enchantment, as it only affected how they precieved Dark Ashleigh. Because of this, Crow didn't get alarmed from the enchantment being cast; instead he was worried about Aki. Finally, he hung up. It isn't like Aki to not pick up her phone. He thought. That's it, I'm gonna go see what's wrong. He set off down the hall, heading for one of the side corridors. It took a few minutes, but he finally found the girl.

Lying unconcious on the floor, outside one of the women's bathrooms. "Aki!" He shouted. He ran to the girl's side. "Oh god...Aki, wake up!"

Aki didn't responed to Crow's calls. She was fully encased in the crystal that the entity placed on her a few minutes ago. Crow's voice sounded way distant.

As Crow was trying to get Aki to wake up, Sakura turned the corner. "What happened to her?" She typed, kneeling down next to the two Signers.

"She won't wake up." Crow replied. "I don't know what happened. It looks like she's...." He trailed off.

Sakura felt the younger woman's brow, closing her eyes. "She's not dead." She typed. "She's been put under a curse of some sort. A dark one."

Aka ran just to see where the two signers and Sakura was.
"This is bad, very bad" she said, "And I can place one finger who allow such a thing."

"Who d'you think it is?" Crow asked. Sakura was already typing.

"I think I know who." The message read. Right after the other two had a chance to read it, she was typing out another. "Yusei Fudo."

Crow swore. "Damn it!" He snarled, punching the ground.

"No, not Yusei, Kaimiri. This Kainiri is behind all of this and he must be stopped before anyone else gets hurt. He also made Yusei turn. This isn't Yusei's fault. Mai told me that his soul is encased in a crystal, meaning whoever has control of his body is now permeant control" Aka said.

Crow's blood ran cold. "So you're saying that, Yusei, the guy we know, is gone for good?" He asked in a small voice. Sakura nodded.

"We'd better get Aki to the infirmary." She typed before picking the girl up, as easily as could be. Crow followed beside as the legendary duelist got Aki to the infirmary.

"Sakura, you've been through stuff like this." He said. "Don't you know how to get either of them out of this?" Sakura shook her head. "But please! You've gotta do something--" He was silence by a sharp glare from Kamikaze Sakura, telling him volumes without having to type anything out.

Crow Hogan, I don't know how to save Yusei or Aki. I'm not a god, so quit acting like I am one.

"There is two ways to set Yusei free. One way is to keep dueling it untill he looses control. The other way....is to kill it by harming Yusei's body without hitting any vital organs" Aka said, "But for Aki, the crystal isn't permanent like Yusei's. So that means, if we do it properly, she won't last in it about a week or so."

Crow nodded, his mind elsewhere. According to what Yusei said though, one of us had to try and kill him....And possibly succeed. He shivered at the thought.

They had reached the infirmary, the medics taking care of Aki. Sakura typed out a message on her phone and showed it to the both of them. "And, if I'm not mistaken, there's another stipulation about getting Yusei out of this; he's got to let his body heal. Naturally. No magic, of any kind."

"That's right. Natural remedies and herbs will help with the healing process as well since it doesn't relate to magic at all" Aka agreed.

Crow collapsed into one of the chairs in the waiting room, his eyes dark. "I'm just wondering which one of us is going to have to shoulder that burden...." He said.

Sakura sat down next to him and placed a gentle hand on his shoulder. The grip was firm, and her hand was rough, but it felt like an older sister's. Sort of. More like somewhere in between a big sister's and a war veteran's. With her other hand she typed out a message on her phone. "We'll cross that bridge when we get there," it said.

Typing out another, she showed the new message to Aka: "Get hold of Melhana. Tell her to get to the Kaiba Dome now." it read.

"Or Nefe" Aka said.
'Nefe, tell Melhana to get her butt down to the Kaiba Dome NOW! And I sense that an Enchantment has been cast. Be careful you don't get hit with it" Aka mind linked to the ancient Egyptian girl.

'You felt it too, huh?' Neferhenta replied as she watched Melhana and Jack spar. The young (though egotisitical) man was progressing well, he had a LOT farther to go, especially in the aura control department.

"Hey! Melhana!" Neferhenta called.

Melhana brushed aside one of Jack's punches and promptly counterattacked, landing Jack on the ground for the umteenth time that day. "Yeah?" She asked.

"Aka just relayed a message to me. Something's happening at the Kaiba Dome." Nefe replied.

"Any idea why?" Melhana asked.

"Not really, but I've got a hunch." Nefe said as Melhana strode over and wiped her brow with her sport towel.

"Right," Melhana said. "Hey! Jack! Get your jacket on!"

"Why?" Jack asked, nursing his sore neck.

"We're heading to the Kaiba Dome. We need to be there, ASAP."

"Aren't you affected by it?" Aka asked, after Nefe passed on the message.

"Affected by what?" Sakura typed.

"My thoughts exactly." Crow added.

Melhana grabbed her sport bag from the bench and headed for the entrance to the gym. "I need to go toss this stuff in my room and get my keys and helmet. Meet me in the parking garage." She said.

"Right," Jack replied, heading there. Why am I getting this bad feeling? He thought.

They didn't sense it. Bugger! Aka thought to herself.
'Nefe, what about you? Have you been affected by the enchantment?' she asked.

'Nope.' Nefe replied. 'Melhana and Jack are on their way to the Kaiba Dome now. I'm estimating that we'll be there in about fifteen minutes.'

Five minutes later Melhana walked into the parking garage with her helmet under her arm and her trusty biker jacket on. She slipped her helmet on and got on her motorcycle. "Well? Why're you standing there like an idiot?" She asked, firing up her cycle. Jack followed suit with his Runner. The two motorcyclists drove out of the parking garage, making a beeline for the Kaiba Dome.

"Uh, what's up with you?" Crow asked, seeing the look on the spirit's face.

"Um, nothing" Aka quickly said.
'I wonder what the enchantment is, or who it's aimed at?' she wondered to Nefe.

'Probably everyone who can detect differences between Dark Ashleigh and regular Ashleigh.' Neferhenta replied. 'Looks like she didn't take us yamis into account.'

"It doesn't look like nothing." Crow said suspiciously.

This kid's getting nosy... Selena thought.

'I guess we both keep it quiet for now to see what happens' Aka said.
"I tell you in a year" she said.

"Aren't you cryptic." Crow grumbled. Selena gave him an elbow to the ribs. "Ow!"

Within fifteen minutes Melhana and Jack had arrived at the Kaiba Dome and were making their way to the infirmary. I hope that we don't have another casualty, Melhana thought. Ra I hope that we don't have another casualty....

"You won't believe me if I told you!" Aka protested as Nefe appeared in the room.
