"Ok, ok" Dark Ashleigh said, letting go. The pair walked, leaving Kaimiri sighing with relief.

"I heard that Sakura had a bit of a make over before this duel" Yana said.

"Yes, I can see that. Blue hair's pretty hard to miss." Jack replied.

"Thank you," Yusei said quietly, rubbing the spot where Dark Ashleigh had grabbed hold.

"Sorry. But I knew that punishment was coming, so I thought why not enjoy your last day of freedom. And beside, if another power song hit you, I take the fall. After all, you are needed more than me in the moment, and I'm also tired" Dark Ashleigh replied.

"And it looks cool too. I wonder if Selena did the same hair colour?" Yana wondered.

"Then you should've warned me." Yusei replied through gritted teeth. "And you're not the only one who's cast an enchantment over themself. Just because the owner of this body isn't able to control their power doesn't mean I can't."

"I could care less to be honest." Jack replied.

Jonouchi drew. "I place one face-down, and summon Panther Warrior in Attack Mode!" He said. "I'll also activate the card, Scapegoat! I get four sheep tokens from it, and I'll sacrifice one of them so that my Panther Warrior can attack! Destroy Yugi's Silent Sorcerer!"

"I activate one of my face-down cards, Block Attack!" Yugi countered.

"De-Spell!" Jonouchi retorted, activating a spell of his own. Once again, Yugi was prepared.

"Activate trap, Spellbinding Circle!" Yugi replied. "It stops your attack and decreases your monster's attack by 700!"

Jonouchi gritted his teeth as his Panther Warrior was immobilized. "I end my turn." He said.

"How could I? I was down here during that time and came back when you return. Plus you didn't tell us in the first place" Dark Ashleigh sighed.

"Yeah, either way, they're still cool." Yana said.

"Excuse me then," Yusei grumbled.

While Jack and Yana were having their conversation, Selena was observing the room. Jack Atlas, the self-proclaimed "Master of Faster." She thought. We'll just see about that. This may be my first Turbo Duel, professionally at least, but I'm going to knock this young man's ego down a few notches after our duel.

"Sometimes, I wonder why I have to work with you" Dark Ashleigh said as she leaned against the wall, watching the duel finally.

"Who's in the lead?" Atem asked as he finally sat down with the group.

"Yugi, so far." Selena told him via typing. "It's rather close though, if you ask me."

Choosing to ignore the comment, Yusei countered with another question. "Why don't you call Kaimiri 'Sir' or 'Master'?" He asked. "You seem oddly familiar with him."

"Draw," Yugi said, drawing his card. "I summon one monster in face-down defense mode and end my turn."

"So nothing has changed between them then" Atem replied, sitting down.

"That I don't understand. I mean, I enjoy his company and all but lately, he's come a bit more closer than per usual. And for the respect thing, I was waiting for him to scold me, but he didn't. Do you think he's in love with me?" Dark Ashleigh asked.

"It appears so," Jack replied. "They weren't kidding when they said that the Five Legends are all equally matched."

"I'm not the best person to ask when it comes to that," Yusei replied.

"You tell me Jack. Luckly for me, when the Legends was born, I already left the first time" Atem replied.

"I hope that he's not in love with me. That would be so wrong right?" Dark Ashleigh asked.

"Again, I'm not the best person to ask." Yusei replied.

"You helped form them though, even though you had left after we were given the title." Selena typed. "I doubt the Five Legends would have existed if Yugi had never solved the Millennium Puzzle."

Nor would I have made the friends I needed to keep living. She added as a thought to herself.

"That is true" Atem said.

"Ok, then I stop asking you" Dark Ashleigh sighed.

Meanwhile, Melhana was in the waiting room, worried as can be. She looked up at the clock. Almost fifteen minutes now. It feels like it's been an eternity. She thought.

"Melhana! What are you doing here?" said a voice. Melhana looked up and saw Yukai. She was in a wheelchair with a cast on her right arm and left leg. A nurse was wheeling her.
"Those thugs that was after us, one of them hit me on purpose, causing me to be in hosptal with one broken leg and arm, and a load of cuts and bruses. I'm not allowed to leave here yet, untill they're satasfied that I'm well enough to be released. And what's the news with the tornament?" she asked.

"Yugi and Jonouchi are dueling right now, and Sakura and Jack are facing off afterwards." Melhana replied. "And I'm waiting for Ryo to get out of the ER. He got into a duel, and collapsed."

Jonouchi drew. That face-down Yugi's got has to be for something. He thought. And his Silent Sorcerer has another level and higher attack now; I've gotta take it out before long. "I summon Rocket Warrior in Attack Mode!" He said, the rocket-like warrior appearing on his field. "I'll set a card and end my turn." I'm gonna play it safe, for now.

"I wonder why?" Yukai wondered, "It has to be really drastic for him to be admitted to ER."

Melhana nodded. "I know," she replied. "I hopt that he's all right."

Yugi drew. Why's Jonouchi being so cautious? It isn't like him. He thought. As per her effect Silent Sorcerer's level increased again--this time to level four--and gained another 500 attack points, bringing her up to 2500. "Silent Sorcerer, attack his Panther Warrior!" He announced.

"You just activated my trap, Counterattack! When one of my monsters is attacked, I can pick another one to attack you with, and I chose my Rocket Warrior! Invincible Mode!" Jonouchi said, flipping the card face-up.

"Then I activate Trap Jammer!" Yugi countered. "Your Counterattack trap is destroyed!"

"Counter Counter! I'll use it to negate your Trap Jammer!" Jonouchi said, flipping another trap face-up. Once again, Yugi was ready.

"Remove Trap!" He said, activating his last face-down card.

"Then I activate Waboku! My monster may be destroyed, but thanks to Waboku's effect I won't take any damage." Jonouchi said. Silent Sorcerer's attack went through, destroying Jonouchi's Panther Warrior, however his Life Points were protected.

"I end my turn with a face-down." Yugi said with a small smile on his face.

"Wow, that's a long chain there" Yana gasped.

"Same here. And I heard that Ashleigh got kidnapped. Is that true?" Yukai asked, worried about her sister in law.

Melhana nodded. "Yeah, she was." She said heavily. "It seems like she escaped though, but her aura doesn't feel right."

"I'll say," Jack said. If this was how two Legends faced off, then he was in for one hell of a fight of his own. He glanced at Sakura, who was silently observing the duel. I'm going to have to pull out all the stops if I want to beat her. He thought.

"Oh? What's different?" Yukai asked.

"How can I get up to dad's level? It looks impossible" Yana said.

"It isn't as long as you don't keep comparing yourself to your dad." Selena typed. "Your last name may be Mutou, but you and your father are two different people."

"It's more...subtle. You know how whenever Ashleigh gets pissed she makes the building shake,
right?" Melhana replied.

"When her powers are unstable, yes" Yukai replied.

"That is true" Yana sighed.

"That hasn't happened since she escaped. It doesn't seem like anything's wrong, but I'm still going to be on the cautious side." Melhana said.

"She hasn't shook a building since she finally got her powers under control.....unless" with the remaining hand Yukai clicked her fingers and the Thranakh Yashara scroll appeared and floated towards Melhana.
"I hope you are able to read the text. This is really important. Atem and myself as well as Mana and Mahad suddied this during magic class" she said.
