Yana nodded.
"I see. The duel already started so you better hurry" she said.

"What?!" Jonouchi yelped. "Agh! I overslept!" With that he forgot about the nachos he was going to buy, and raced off to the VIP box in the stands.

Yugi drew. What is Selena up to? he thought. "I play another card face-down and I'll have Feral Imp destroy your Ebon Magician Curran!" The imp slashed through Selena's monster easily. Once again, she didn't activate her face-down. It can't be a bluff; that's not how Selena plays. "I end."

Yana giggled as Jonouchi ran off.
No wonder dad says that he's a idiot she thought as she got up and shutting the door, " Now to get changed before make-up" she said out loud.

Jonouchi came out to the VIP box right as Selena started her turn. His expression turned sour when he saw that Yusei was there. "What's he doing here?" he asked coldly.

"I'm watching the duel. What else?" Yusei countered.

Selena drew. She took her Ebon Magician Curran and her White Magician Pikeru out of play to summon Chaos Sorcerer in attack mode. She then attacked Yugi's Feral Imp.

"You activated my trap, Sakura!" Yugi announced. "You're losing your touch a bit."

Selena shook her finger in front of her face. She activated her own face-down; Magician's shield. As long as there was a Spellcaster on her field, her opponent couldn't activate any face-downs during the Battle Phase. Yugi grimaced as his Imp was destroyed. (Yugi LP: 3100) Selena motioned that it was Yugi's turn.

"It's ok, he's harmless for now. We're to figure out about who shot Kasanagi and who nearly shot Yana" Aka said as Jonouchi sat down, "and it's not that witch either."

"Good." Jonouchi said, sitting down on Aka's other side. "That still doesn't mean I trust him."

"Did you act the same way towards your pharaoh friend when he got a taste of the dark side?" Yusei asked, almost in a bored voice.

"No." Jonouchi replied. "I only punched him to get him back to his senses."

"How kind of you." Yusei said sarcastically. Jonouchi was about to get up and punch Yusei in the face when Aka held him back.

Yugi drew. He smiled. So that's the method to Selena's madness. He thought. Looks like now I've got to nullify her monster's effect somehow. "I'll set one monster in face-down defense mode and end my turn."

"Calm down Joey. Did you forget that you got mind-washed twice and tried to hurt Yugi both time?" Aka reminded Jonouchi. Jonouchi sat down.

"Er...right." Jonouchi replied sheepishly. He took his seat again, still glaring at Yusei.

"You might want to keep your dog on a better leash." Yusei said mildly. Once again, Jonouchi had to be held back.

"Why you--LET ME GO, AKA!!!" He shouted. The dog on a leash comment had gotten him riled up, especially since it was Kaiba's favorite way to piss him off. Hearing Yusei say it...well, let's just say that it made him really want to hurt Yusei.

"I think you should leave those comments to Kaiba, Yusei. That's his favourite way to tease Jonouchi" Aka said.

Ashleigh opened her eyes to face an empty dungon, for the third time. More she thought about it, the more cold she gets. Footsteps was echoing through the unaccompanied rooms.

"And I can see why." Yusei said, grinning. "Is his temper always this bad?"

"Hello again," Kaimiri said. He had a half smile on his face and something under his arm. "I thought you were getting a little bored in there."

"Only when he's pissed off" Aka replied, still holding on to Jonouchi.

"What do you have under there?" Ashleigh asked. She was not in her best of moods.

Yusei merely raised an eyebrow and turned back to the duel.

"Remind me to kick that guy's ass once this is over." Jonouchi muttered.

"I heard that." Yusei replied.

"A laptop." Kamiri said, entering Ashleigh's cell. He undid the cuffs on her arms, but didn't release her ankles. "I thought you might like to see the last duel of the tournament that's going on. After all, you do seem like you need something to do."

"Enough you two or else I will send a lightning bolt to both of you" Aka growled.

"Thanks, I think" Ashleigh said as the cuffs was taken off her wrists.

"Don't mention it." Kaimiri said, setting the laptop up. "I've already got the live stream set up. And before you do, I've got a private circuit set up so that you can't contact anyone via the Internet." He left the girl to her devices. Hopefully that'll put her in a better mood...I honestly don't care about the outcome of the duel.

Selena drew. Did Yugi get a bad draw? No, that's not possible. She thought. Even I know that Yugi never has a bad draw. I can't be overly cautious about that face-down monster of his though...nor can I charge in without thinking. Both of those things are bad ideas when it comes to dueling Yugi.

She placed a card face-down and summoned Blast Magician in defense mode. She motioned to Yugi that it was now his turn.

Well, I can alter it so I can send one email to Yugi to pass on....but I have to act fast. I only got till the end of the tornament when Selena plays Ashleigh thought I might not able to use magic at this point but I learnt a thing or two from Kaiba. With that, she started to alter the private circuit to allow one email.

"Well, almost ready for the concert?" asked a voice. Yana turned around and found Dark Ashleigh looking at her.
"What do you want? And why did you do a crazy thing like shooting at both Kasanagi and myself?" she demaned.
'me? I will never shoot without permisson. I never learnt how to do that. It must be another agent to do that. I'm here to ask a favour" Dark Ashleigh said.
"What favor?" Yana asked.
"I know what you want Kasanagi to do, so I propose that I take her place" Dark Ashleigh replied.
"And why do I want to do that?" Yana asked.
"If you don't, I will kill your father" Dark Ashleigh replied.
"That's more of a deal, and sure. I got nothing against you doing it. Now, get out" Yana said.

Yugi drew. Great, now she's got Blast Magician out. He thought, remembering Blast Magician's effect. But she's playing it safe, too. I don't think she wants to ger lured into a trap...except that she already is. "I summon King's Knight in Attack Mode and play two face-downs. I end my turn."

"They've already hit a stalemate," Jonouchi said.

"That's not good....is it?" Aka asked.

Yana was watching the duel in the dressing room. She was surprise with what she saw so far.
I wish I can duel like them she thought, as her email inbox popped in with an email from unknown sender.

Selena drew. Yugi's playing it safe too, she thought. At this rate, nothing's going to get done. I'll just have to risk it... She looked at her card. Or maybe not.

Selena played Nobleman of Crossout, targeting Yugi's face-down monster, which turned out to be The Stern Mystic. The effect wasn't activated as it was taken out of play. She then directed her Chaos Sorcerer to take Yugi's King's Knight out of play, then ended her turn.

Yana walked over to her laptop and read the subject line: Do not open until everyone's there! Very important!
Only one writes like that Yana thought. Mum!

Sora poked her head in. Her bangs were plastered to her forehead with sweat. "What's up?" She asked.

Yugi drew. I wonder why she didn't attack with her Blast Magician? He thought. Probably to use its effect. Ah! This should get rid of her spell card! "I acivate De-Spell!" Yugi announced. Selena countered by activating Magic Jammer.

"Then I'll use this; Counter Counter!" Yugi replied. "Your Magic Jammer's destroyed, along with your Magician's Shield."

"I'll end my turn by summoning Queen's Knight in Defense mode."

"Um, I think we need a quick group meeting before going to Saharia's Realm. Somehow, mum emailed me" Yana replied.

Sora wiped her sweaty bangs out of her face. I gotta take a break from training, she thought. "She's finally managed to get a message to us somehow, then...." She said absently.

"Yeah, but what?" Yana asked, not knowing who was in the shadows at the time, "And what does Kaimiri wants with the shards?"

"I wish I knew," Sora replied. "But, I know this is off-topic, but is it true that Kamikaze Sakura is going to be performing at the end of the tournament?" She remembered the one time the Legend came to Duel Academy island, but the woman had never spoken. She'd always used her cellphone to communicate. "I am worried about my friends though. Both from the Academy and here."

Selena drew. He's taken out my Magician's Shield. Not good for attacking now, she thought. She was rather pleased that her Blast Magician now had two spell counters. She wanted to safe those for later though. Question is, should I attack, or just take his monster out of play like I did his King's Knight? I've already nullified his summoning Jack's Knight, but I can tell right now that Yugi's added some new cards to his deck...well, so've I. She motioned for her Chaos Sorcerer to attack Yugi's Queen's Knight.

"I activate my face-down! Magic Cyllander!" Yugi countered. Selena scowled; I used up my face-down last turn, she thought as her attack was negated. (Selena LP: 1700) She placed two face-downs and ended her turn.

"That I don't know" Yana said as the hair and make up crew arrived. She sat down in the make up chair.
"But still, Dark Ashleigh offered to do the voice for Daughter of Ventange, which I really wanted Kasanagi to do."

Ashleigh sighed with relief as she shut the laptop down.
I don't want to watch the final duel, but at least I put my skills into practice she thought, Thank you Kaiba!
