"Weird isn't the word." Selena said.

"He WHAT?!" Yugi blurted.

"Even I'M not happy with that!" Crow said. "Oh boy...anyone want to make any bets on who's going to kill him first?"

"I vote Aki." Selena said.

"I vote Yugi" Ruby replied, judging the look on Yugi's face.

"Before you ask, I already know what it's for." Yugi said. "B-b-but...why Yusei?!"

"That is what I'm trying to figure out myself. It's usually a true love's kiss will wake anyone up. But this is different. When I return, I going to demand that all trainees knows what's going to happen than keeping them in the dark" Ruby said,

"I get the sneaking suspicion they won't change their ways," Selena muttered.

Yugi groaned. "How is this different? How is it Yusei has to give her the kiss of life?"

"I guess that Ashleigh saw him for some reason or another and is waiting for him to return. Unless you want to give it a shot first...." Ruby replied.

"I can try..." Yugi said. He bent over Ashleigh, gulped, and kissed her. Nothing. "Well...that was pointless....." He sighed.

"Now do you see why Yusei has to do it?" Ruby asked, and he has about 2 more days in the afterlife to face his demons before the exit closes for good" Ruby said.

"That's not a lot of time," Crow said. "You think he'll make it back in time?"

Ruby thought.
"Since he got the Crimson Sword, I hope it wont take that long" she replied.

"The what?" The other three in the room asked.

"The sword can be only pulled out with a trouble soul who flew on Stardust's Wings. Meaning it can be only be weilded by someone who had a troubled life and flew on Stardust Dragon, meaning either Jack, Yusei or you Crow" Ruby said.

"Or Aki," Selena added. "She hasn't exactly had a peachy history either."

"Yes but she didn't fly on Stardust's Wings" Ruby replied.

"What's the 'having flown on Stardust' mean anyway?" Selena asked.

"Remember an incident connected to Rex Goodwin?" Ruby asked.

Crow groaned. "Don't remind me...." he said.

"And you landed on Shooting Star Dragon? One of the materials used was Stardust Dragon am I correct?" Ruby asked.

Crow nodded. "Yeah...." He replied. "So that's what you mean by 'flown on Stardust's wings'?"

"Yes. But Yusei got to the sword first" Ruby said, then noticed something on Ashleigh's legs. It was some deep cuts.
And they were bleeding.

"Then does that mean that any one of us can weild it?" Crow asked. "Hey, what's wrong?"

"Ashleigh's legs," Selena said. "They're covered in blood...."

"Lets clean them up. Then I can see if they are really cuts or something" Ruby said.

"I'll go get some warm water." Selena replied, dissapearing from the room. Yugi pulled over the chair and sat down to get a better look at the gashes.

"They look pretty serious...." He said.

"hm....usualy demons doesn't leave marks, but these marks are in some kind of a design" Ruby said, but we need to clean up the cuts to make sure."

Yugi nodded. "I agree." He replied. Selena came back into the room with the water. "Thanks," he said taking it from her. He carefully started cleaning the blood from her legs, and gasped in surprise at what he saw. "There's some kind of writing...but I can't read it." He looked to Ruby. "You have any idea what it says?"
