"Amy!!" Secari cried painfully and tried to get up but fell back onto the bed again. His body felt like it was on fire and his breathing came in shallow gasps. Hayden spun around and seeing and hearing Zaccai he swore. He ran down the school halls pushing aside students and teachers alike. He bursted into the healing room and was horrified by the sight. He quickly ran to Secari's side and felt his pulse. Secari grabbed Hayden's wrist, his grip like steel. "The- the chemical." secari choked and Hayden worked quickly. He then injected Secari with the cure. Secari shuddered and passed out. Hayden set down the seringe and picked up Amy and gently set her on a bed as well. "What happened here?" he asked Shay.

After her talk with Pandora the other day, Aurora felt much better about herself. At least she had a person to talk to whenever now. She was walking by the nurses office in deep thought when she heard a commotion. Running inside she saw a teacher put Amy on a bed so she ran over to Amy and grabbed her hand in concern. "Amy can you hear me?" Without thinking about it Aurora tried to enter Amy's mind.

amy was in her mind. unconcious. she couldnt feel anything outside her body. everything was dark. she tried to get away from it and back to see if secari was ok but got lost. she couldnt find her way back out. then, amy felt familiar presence . it was aurora. amy couldnt see her, but knew she had to be there. amy stood up and called out in the darkness. "aurora?! is that you!?"

Secari reached out to Amy with his mind and slowly took hold of her mind. "Relax... I have you..." he whispered softly and slowly opened up the gates on her mind that had been closed. He then smiled and faded away. That had took the last of his strength and as he returned to his body he fell into darkness.

Aurora could barely hear Amy in her mind but shouted back to her. "Yeah! I'm here Amy." She raised her other hand to her temple to help focus better. "Where are you? It sounds like your really far away. What happened?" Aurora continued to try and go deeper into Amy's mind, all the while keeping her hand at her temple. For some reason it always seemed to help Aurora focus.

Shay looked at Hayden, "the nurse was giving something to Secari and he then saw that it was poison. THe girl said she was part of the agency and that they are going ot be keeping a eye on us from now on. He wasn't going to be killing anyone so we are safe from his evil side." she said and looked at amy. "Amy killed the nurse and is probably exausted right now. She will need a lot of rest." she said as she looked at her friends.

amy felt the gates of her mind open all thanks to secari and gasped when she saw her mothers dead body laying in front of her. she immidiatly ran over to her and then she was gone. amy looked up confused, ready to call back to aurora when she saw her dad on the phone with a solemn face. she walked over and reached out to touch his shoulder but he disappeared right before she had the chance. she shut her eyes immidiatly and heard aurora call again. she looked up and saw that she was right in front of her. she stood and grapped her shoulders. "i have to get out of my mind. fast." she said. then she popped up on the bed in her body again and cried out to secari when she saw him.

Aurora gasped at the state of Amy's mind, the memories were so vivid. When Amy went back to her body and sat up really fast Aurora let go of Amy's hand and jumped back in surprise.

Shay wrapped a arm around Amy and hugged her, "dont worry, he will be fine." she whispered to her and tryed to get her to calm down. She tryed to get her to calm down so that she wouldn't freak out and knew that something had happend when she was alseep, she would ask about that later along with a few other questions about her past. "I promise he will be fine." she said softly

amy felt shay's hug but was so worried for secari she didnt know what to do. she had caused this. it it wasnt for her secari would be fine. amy completely turned into shays hug and buried her head into shays hug. she refused to cry in front of so many people. she knew aurora and mr.deveraxe would probably feel bad for her and didnt want that. amy began to quiver and whispered to shay alone. "he- he helped me with all the strength he had." she couldnt hold it anymore. she cried in shay's arms.

Hayden looked at them and nodded knowing he was no longer needed. "Dont make promises you can't keep Shay." he said quietly. As he walked back to his room he shook his head. In that situation he had had half a mind just to let Secari die.... But that was unfair judgement.... Maybe Secari could pull through the battle but he nightly doubted it. Still it was a very delicate decision he would have to deal with.

Shay held onto Amy and let her cry, "yes he did and that only proves that he had a good heart." she whispered to her and gently stroked amys hair and held her close. She knew this would be hard and it was hard for her too. She hated to see her friend in this kind of state but she couldn't help. She was ment to either defend or destroy and that was all she was good for. "dont worry, he will be fine. Secari is strong, stronger then me in many ways, he will pull threw this." she said and then growled at Hayden, she was going to keep her promise.

amy nodded in shays hug but didnt leave. she looked up at shay. "thank you." she said. "it seems im doing nothing but screwing everything up today." she sat down on a chair next to secari and pulled her knees up to her chest. she wiped away the tears, the tear streaks on her cheeks left as the only evidence she was ever crying.

Aurora watched as Amy cried and hated to see her like that. Walking over to her she placed her hand on Amy's shoulder. "Would it be alright if I tried to reach into his mind?" she said in a low voice.

Now that Zaccai had helped he had nothing to do again. He sighed softly, knowing they were caught up in the drama. And his headache had returned again, from all the panic and the near-dying. He grimaced and found a chair to sit down in. Hopefully everything would calm down soon. Otherwise he would have to leave, as his head was starting to feel like it was being split open.

Shay sat down nex to Amy on the floor and smiled up at her, "dont you say that, you haven't done a thing. If anything I am the one who is screwing up. I let myself get captures and that lead to you guys getting captured so really this all started because of me." she said and leadn against the side of the chair, her cheek rested agenst Amys leg like a cat and she started to purr. "but if he hadn't i wouldn't of gotten my memory back and remembered that your my best friend forever." she said and ocntinued to purr.

amy looked at everyone in the room. "thank you." she looked down at shay and as if she read shay's mind she began to pet her head which was resting on her lap. "its not your fault." she whispered."and i too am glad you gained your memory. now we have one more thing to fight the scientists with...friendship" she knew it sounded super corny but it fit perfectly with the moment. she reached over to secari only a foot away and cupped half of his face. "i believe in you." she said softly to him, hoping he would hear. she then looked up at aurora and shook her head slowly. "he has a mental wall block in. nobody can reach into his mind unless he reaches out to someone else first."she said remembering the day in the apple tree and suddenly feeling guilty again for causing secari so much pain.

Aurora nodded her head. "Ok, well I'm off to bed. I'll see you guys around. Amy reach to my mind and yell at me if anything else happens ok?" She dropped her hand from Amy's shoulder and took a step back before turning around and walking out of the nurses office.

amy nodded at aurora and watched her leave. it might become handy to have somebody who has the same powers as me. she thought still petting shays head and feeling her soft purring.

Zaccai decided that was a good idea. He stretched, and stood up. "I'm going to head off to bed too. My heads hurting from all these emotions, and I'm exhausted. I'll see you guys in the morning. Bye."

Secari was oblisivious to the world around him. Until he felt Amy's touch. It felt far away and very soft but he had felt it. He wished he could hear her words but nothing in his body seemed to work. He then slowly drifted from one dream to another... And they were unusally nice... And thy weren't nightmares. Until he saw his dream about the scientist all over again. Fear gripped him and yet he couldn't move or do a thing to tell the others he wanted to wake.

amy waved goodbye to zeccai and reminded herself that she needed to thank him again when she got the chance. she glanced over again at secari. she caught herself doing this many times. he was still being motionless. she couldnt help but feel a little worthless. she did cause secari to become this way, and she ruined any chance of quick recovery when he wasted his last bit of energy on her.

The dream grew worse as the pain felt all too real. And then it switched to him killing his mother. Then it switched to him hurting Shay in her cat form and the pain of the darkness entering him again was unbareably painful. He fought so hard to try and release himself but his body was too exhausted to let him move. Yet somehow he managed to clentched his hands into fists. He prayed someone would wake him soon.

amy's last couple glances made no difference. he wouldnt move. but ust then, amy felt the bed sheets under him shift and she saw that he was clenching he fists. she reached over quickly and touched his hands. he was cold. realy cold. she touched his shoulder and tryed to wake him up. "secari...secari..." after awile, amy started to get worried. "secari?" she said it louder this time.

Secari's eyelids suddenly snapped open and his breath came back in gasps. He looked at Amy greatfully and looked into her eyes. "Thank you.... Thank you...." he whispered unable to regain regular breathing. His heart was beating a mile a minute and his face said it all. Fear and pain crossed his features and he took Amy's hand and kissed it. "You saved me... Thank you...." he said softly and his breathing returned to normal. He wrapped his arms around her hugging her gently. He was so greatful to be out of his dreams that no one could possibly imagine.
