Yeah, Ball Jointed Dolls originate from Asia and are made of resin, they're fully customisable and are rather expensive
It started 'cos I was on Flickr and searched "Ville Valo"
Someone had customised a Pullip (Like a dis-proportioned Barbie doll with Moveable limbs like a BJD)
I went researching Pullips to see if I would be able to Make my own customised one.
From there on, I found Ball Jointed Dolls, which look much nicer (in my opinion) than Pullips and have a much wider variety of eyes, wigs, faces, sizes...
and from there, I found Cuprit.
The SOOM(rather expensive, Japanese BJD company) Limited Edition, March of 2009 only, Ball Jointed Doll and fell in love with her.
My ultimate BJD dream is to own her

Reading about ciphers has melted my brain.
Cuprit is way pretty and I'm not even that big a doll fan.
What happened about that boy doll?

Afra?
I'm still aiming to get him...
though that's easier said than done
and now I'm unsure about his faceup as they've changed his display pictures...

I don't really know what the rest means but Afra was the one I was thinking of. I remember the picture with the red hair.

I know!
but his face-up (the paint on his face to make him look more realistic) has changed too
and I want his old one, but I don't know which one i'll get if I order him with a face up because there are 3 options

I like the old one better too. Do you not get a choice?
I had to get my own tea. That's poor form.

I do, but it doesn't tell you what the face up looks like. it's just something like "normal" "~guest artist's name~'s face up" and "Custom Faceup"

Oh, I suppose some people do it themselves then?
Linen skirts are lovely, but they make sitting down a pain. Woo for pajama bottoms.

Yes, it's possible to do it yourself, of buy the doll and ship the head off to someone else who will do it for you.
i figure it'd just be easier to see what I'm getting, if I like it, get the face up
Star has a panda and the American spelling of colour on her t-shirt
~holds it out~
but Star's jammies have Cherries on them =3

That makes sense.
Yay for pandas!
My pajamas have pink and green hearts on them. Primark's finest.

Heh, I was thinking of maybe spending a little extra on another really nice pair. Especially since La Senza were having a half price sale on some of their pajamas.
These serve their purpose though. It was cheaper to buy a pair of pajamas than just bottoms. Primark pricing fail.

Ah, yes. I believe the fail salad dressing has already been mentioned. Asda have now changed it to be £1.18 or 2 for £1.50 rather than £1. ;_;
Then I walked a little further and they had Frijj for £1.10 or 2 for £1 which made me happy again.
Our little Tesco is doing Super Noodles as "Buy 2 get 2 free"... why not 1?
Hallo Desi.

Been ages since I had a milkshake of any kind. Gah, was thinking of going to McDonalds for one but it'll be full of school kids. Silly summer holidays.
I think we've met before, albeit briefly. How are you Desi?

If not here, one of Kinny's threads.
Debating whether or not to have another cup of tea. Think it would be my fifth.
It is late Star. ^^;
