Yeah, they didn't do an enemy health bar so you don't know how close you are to killin it and they take like at least 10 minutes to kill if they don't wipe you out first.

you don't have to fill out a form, you can do it online
you put in your passport details and they give you an authorisation code
Write down the authorisation code and keep it with your passport
