I didn't you whether you meant a mission statement for a business or project where you state your aims or more like a personal statement you'd write for something like a university application.

I like what you have so far. Something dark blue on the head would balance it for the moment (in my eyes) until you have ideas for more layering.
I know I need more yellow around the middle/on the body of this avatar, but I don't have anything and I'm cheap. XD
