Yeah but there's another girl who was there before me and they let the new FJF people apply too and one of them is fully qualified for it.

I think I'm findin it harder because I've been workin there so I'm worried about putting something that I think is true in but they disagree.

panic isn't going to get you to write it, plus if you worry about making a mistake you are more likely to make one because you aren't relaxed. You might make a mistake and not get the job but you aren't going to get the job if you don't put anything down at all. Just write whats correct for you.

My brain has a hard enough time gettin my hand to write the right thing as it is. -_- I always think one word and write a completely different one.

That's ok it was probably cause it's my mum playin it. :XD She's not very good even though she's been playin for like 4 years now. She still tells people I play even though I don't.

I feel I have several skills and abilities that would enable me to effectively this role. I am able to work as part of a team as well as using my own initiative; this has improved in the last six months experience I have gained. I am able to communicate effectively, with both adults and children. I am friendly, patient, tolerant and caring in my attitude. I am always willing to learn new skills and expand my knowledge. I am adaptable and flexible with good time keeping and a high level of reliability. I am confident in my ability to form bonds with children and care for their needs.
During my time at university, I was able to learn about different learning styles and including people with special needs. I also developed some knowledge and understanding of developmental psychology.
Over the last six months, I have been able to gain an understanding of how to safeguard children and care for their needs as well as learn procedures for different situations that may arise.

been, started yesterday when i randomly started feeling sick after eating. Then developed from there.

I think I'm nearly done. Don't know what I'm gonna do if she asks about the developmental psych though. I know it and when I'm with the kids I like see things that are to do with it but I can't er articulate(?) it. You know what I mean?
