I think it's going well. I haven't gotten on the scale since I started. It comes with a suggested diet plan but I'm not doing that. And my weight always fluctuates anyway so I decided to wait until I finish the whole program before I weigh myself again. I am still terrible at push-ups but I think I have improved on most of the other exercises.

I'd guess as long as you're not eating junk food non stop, ignoring the diet plan won't do too much harm
