Last week when the manager was on holiday I asked the deputy if I could book a holiday. She said I could have next week. Manager did the rota today and has put me in work. I said I was told I could have next week off she said she'd have to try and sort it tomorrow so now I don't know whether I'm in or not because the deputy manager didn't put my holiday in the book after she said I could have it and she's put me on the 9-5.30 shift as well and on Wednesday I have that first aid course they're makin me do at 6. I have to get there in rush hour traffic!
