I'm not a fan of apple products personally, don't even own an ipod, (though I do like the iPad2...)
but all the Apple products have had such an impact on the world, without the iPhone, we probably wouldn't have Android phones, or apps to the extent that we do

Sony would have created them if Apple hadn't existed. Sony started it all by giving us the walkman

Still, it probably wouldn't have been like we have now if it wasn't for Apple
