We were talking about the original Pokémon Gameboy games over brunch. One of our friends had a team of "The turtle with cannons, Pika-dude, that butterfly thing, the f*cking mushroom, the dragon one and the ghost". XD

They couldn't remember the names? I'm pretty sure I remember 90% of the original Pokemon's names! I wish I could play either of the two games we have (Silver and Blue) but unfortunately one won't save and the other is utterly dead... Incidentally, I spent my Saturday morning watching a Pokemon marathon with my sister. It was pretty fun.

I don't think he ever learned the names, he shared the Gameboy games with a friend and never watched the TV show.
