Helios, did you see what I wrote about a tea compress? That might help your arm. Mint tea or black tea, a few bags steeped in hot water, soak a cloth and press it on your arm (not boiling hot, but still nice and toasty warm). Tea helps bring inflammation down as well as helping dull pain.
