Linn, I hope you know you gave me an uncontrollable urge for cookies, thanks to fb....... and here I was enjoying my lasagna, perfectly content with it, and you mentioned cookies. In my head I was like, 'who needs homemade lasagna when you can have a cookie?!'

It was good lasagna, had eggplant and zucchini in it... but after I wanted a cookie it just didn't cut it lol

i wouldn't normally buy such things at a walmart... but i know hannaford gets them too... they are lofthouse brand cookies

I love eggplant. But it is an easy thing to not cook right. It can either be to mushy or too hard.

Try baba ghanosh, eggplant dip= amazing

I wish Connecticut had a Hannafords, they have the best cinnamon rolls.

Ah, well. I like that rain scene in Pride and Prejudice. It was very different than the BBC version of that scene. Granted I really don't like Kiera as Elizabeth, but I like that version regardless.
