No, Kitteh does not have the technology for that. I just randomly start hatching them over time, and change it so it grows up eventually. The picture will automatically update...

Llama babies do not obey rules, they hatch as they please. XD

No, they grow up into adult Llamas... but I'm thinking of making an option to buy a potion to keep them baby llamas forever. XD
