well, that's what I have to do too, but then idk something like 30 minutes or 2hr you can't eat or brush your teeth. of course, they stop doing flouride when you turn 18 so its been awhile.

that may be what it is kat. I think whatever I get know (cuz the dentist still puts something on my teeth) is a more mild version of fluoride
