I think my favorite salad is a fresh spinach one with cheese, sprouts, sliced grapes or mandarin oranges... A sweet French-style dressing... :drool:

I'm actually putting salad on pizza I'm making tomorrow. A BLT pizza, you bake/ grill it with grape tomatoes, cheese, and some good bacon, and then you put a nice spring lettuce mix on top with a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette.
