Today, out of boredom. I obviously lost my shoes while walking through the city <.< >.>
I am actually just trying my hardest not to spend gold on silly things, so I can get a more cohesive outfit in one fell swoop. So, who needs shoes?
I dunno, I was thinking the city..... or. I don't know. I would LOVE to go skydiving for my birthday.

Me? Drugs? nope
it's just.... Linn. I am going to be a quarter..... A QUARTER!!!! I need to do something epic. I've always wanted to sky dive!
Exactally Cica! If I bother getting shoes now, I will be down a few hundred gold and that's sad.

I always used to want a hot-air balloon ride for my birthday... For my 16th, maybe? Never wanted to jump out of it, though! (Never got the balloon ride, either, actually.)

I used to want a hot air balloon ride too! I dunno, I love heights. I used to go up with my brother in a little Cesna or Piper everytime he flew when he was learning (when we were in HS and middle school)
But, for a few years now, I have really wanted to sky dive. Bungee jumping doesn't appeal at all, cause it snaps you back and that looks like it hurts.
Linn, you have a while to go till you are 30

I'm okay with heights, as long as I feel secure. But I'm afraid of falling to the extent that tumbling, in the high school P.E. gymnastics unit, was harder than it should have been. Skydiving would not work for me.

it's so bad that even if there is a scene on tv or a movie that is high up i still get that gnarly feeling in my stomach...
i heard that your greatest fears indicate how you died in a past life...

Huh. well, I hate hospitals and spiders and clowns (which I think is normal) but I don't think I have a crippling fear of anything

but you know what, woody... i still ride roller coasters and death drop kind of rides at amusement parks and i still go up those buildings and look over... so i think, if i had the chance, i'd probably jump out of a plane... i don't want to be one of those people who let fear conquer them

Linn, that would mean I either died of failure, or in a fire. Or both. Maybe a lab accident. That would do it. Those aren't crippling fears either, though. Just... lingering.

hmmm, drowning scares me more than fires..... I've nearly drown once at the beach. I mean, it was a close enough shave to scare the shittles out of me, but I love swimming and it's not stopped me.
Yah Linn! I figure it will be scary as anything, but amazing at the same time

i was told that the first few jumps you do you have to be strapped to someone else... so it won't be that bad

If I've lived past lives, then maybe so, Linn. In fact, that would be likely, if there are a finite number of souls that just get recycled for some reason.

Yes, you can't do a solo until you have done it a few times and take a course
A woman told me the other day she though that one of my past lives was as a 19th female artist or writer. I was super flattered that she thought so.

@woody: probably a good thing too as i might not make it out the airplane door on my own lol

i just think of myself as spiritual... i don't practice anything and my family doesn't practice anything... except all on my mom's side, except my mom... they are all jehovah witnesses... but don't get me started on that

H'lo again, Wings! :)
Let's see, I have a non-practicing Catholic father and a non-practicing Episcopalian (I think) mother. Church was not a regular thing, limited to Catholic mass for family weddings and such, and Lutheran services for my brother and I during VBS. None of that really stuck.
