There's a chinese/japanese restaurant on my campus. The only thing I ever order from there is the teriyaki chicken bowl and a soda.

we have a sushi bar on campus that is pretty good. tortilla fresca just drowns everything in grease it's disgusting!

I'm so glad it's easy to walk downtown for food. Granted, it's a community college campus, so that helps. (Especially since the closest our on-campus dining comes to Mexican food is Taco Bell.)

I wish we had a Long John Silver's close by. :drool: Then again, seafood prices will almost certainly be going up, so it's probably just as well...

I love seafood. So between the impending carp invasion of the Great Lakes, and the massive oil spill in the Gulf... Well, I'm not optimistic.

Maybe not directly Wings, but higher seafood prices could lead to a higher demand for cheaper protein alternatives (such as chicken). It would be easier to meet that demand, but still...

When it comes to seafood, I like stuff like shrimp, lobster, and fried calamari. I'm not a sushi-person. xD
I go to a community college as well, so we have stuff like Carl's Jr., Taco Bell (but that particular one sucks ;[), Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Jack in the Box (not right next to campus, but it's within adequate walking distance). That's all I can think of, hahaha.

i'm not a big fan of beef either but I love steak. especially when it's nice and tender and well done. I like hamburgers too.

I've never really tried sushi. (Well, I'm pretty sure California Rolls don't really count.) And steak is just lost on me. I don't know. I grew up developing a taste for lamb, and maybe that has something to do with it, but...

Hamburgers are good, though. Better if the meat is lamb, but beef works, too.

I used to hate steak actually but now I love it. I've only had lamb like once and I've had pork a million times but I don't like it..

I have never encountered a hamburger made out of any meat except beef. and if it is it's like turkery or chicken but not lamb.
