Wings:  I know. But I'm an adult. Well, officially, anyway. XD I can handle it! More to the point, my curiosity is like that.
Zea: It's never easy to ignore trolls. It's their job to make life difficult, after all. But I find that thinking of things in computer/internet terms helps. (And it's fun to pretend the world is virtual. Sometimes you end up in a game of Myst or something...)
lol Facade. they are.... *sweatdrop* the song in and off itself is awful lyrically but I didn't expect any of ya'll to recognize. overall this song equals completely inappropriate but the beat is so catchy i had to post it! XD
Cica: I think I already do think of the world as virtual, subconciously xD
This is kind of off the ball here, but multiple times I have tried to 'click' something or 'type' something in real life ;>_>
Her stuff's great, Shini, but a lot of it isn't as "Pop"-like as this one. :)
I think the only other pop-ish song of hers would have to be: YouTube - Vienna Teng - Harbor
Other than that, a lot of it is pretty piano and whimsical, poetic lyrics!
Wings: Um, apparently it is. I'll have to ask for copies of those photos after Mom downloads them to the computer. :) But apparently it's not an unknown phenomenon. And yes, it was a chicken egg. We do have a flock. We get the occasional double-yolker, and eggs without shells once in a great while, but this was a first.
Anyway, this is really pretty, Facade! And... Yeah, I need to hear more of Vienna Teng, I think. ^_^
Yeah, I just Googled this whole thing, and it seems like here's the technical answer! :O
Quote:
"Double eggs (as opposed to multiple-yolked eggs) are less common than some other zoological anomalies and consequently the ovum in ovo has attracted specific scholarly attention for hundreds of years.
"Several theories have been proposed for the origin of double eggs.
"The most likely suggests that the normal rhythmic muscular action, or peristalsis, that moves a developing egg down the oviduct malfunctions in some way."
That sounds more painful than having twins. :gonk:
I can't stand Suddenly I See all that much. :gonk:
I think it has to do with The Devil Wears Prada.
They used it in the movie and in the trailer, if I remember correctly...
So it's totally overplayed in my mind.
Double yolkers aren't all that rare. I'm kind of blase about them now. XD
Facade, this song is kind of the reason I know about KT in the first place. After seeing The Devil Wears Prada, which I rather liked because, well, Anne Hathaway (and also Tracy Thoms!), I was looking into getting the soundtrack. But some the reviews were complaining that this particular song wasn't on the soundtrack, so of course I had to go see what they were talking about... XD
