wow they did completely rewrite it... I mean I've seen some mild rewrites (my favorite being the Lost Years of Merlin by TA Barron) but that's crazy.

Hahaha, right on! I was supposed to go the year that Katrina happened! It was put on hold infinitely since my friend's cousin had to move.

I actually haven't read mists of avalon yet. I've owned it for years but never read it.

:3 You should! I had it for a while before I read it. I love it. It is completely different from the tv special they did of it, but I love both, a lot. I also have the Crystal Cave, which is a prequel about Merlin and all that. A staple that came out in the 70s I think.

I love the crystal cave!! it is absolutely amazing. I never finished the series however. and now i can't read it b/c i own books 2 and 3 but i've lost one (well it was stolen) and I dont' want to buy it again since i've already bought it twice

HA! omg that is funny! so, they just did an incantation in Merlin, and it is most definitely Old English right outta Beowulf, I could even tell what they said.... "and the beast entered over the swan-road" (scon-rod= swan road...sea) and this was to summon a snake... odd

kinda was an awesome fail. a random one too.

there is gigantic book sale every summer near by me, and I end up getting so many books. I go on the dollar day, two days into the sale, whatever the price was, they mark it down.

well, I think I am off to bed or something. My tum is bothering me again. If I can't sleep, I will be back on perhaps.
