a guild is like a group of people that always meet up and do missions or quests together... i never played runescape, but i have played other online games and we had guilds so i just assumed that this game also had them

Not really. There are not 'guilds', you can have a 'clan' of sorts, but it's mostly chat. I don't talk to many people on there. Kitteh is more of a loner generally.
