hm. i've probably seen it and been like hm i'll never use that. just like i can never find a use for the bone belt.

I used to use the bone belt a lot. not so much now that I have other belts. same with the lunar belt though I don't use belts a lot.

i usually end up throwing in a double belt for adding color but that's about it.

I think the lunar belt is actually one of the coolest as well as the frost belt though it usually looks best if not layered onto something already cluttered because it obstructs the belt and makes it confusing easily.
