I think its really simple and from what I read the personal shops aren't a place to actually sell now and that you have to put it on the black market for people to buy from you.

I don't know. it has a lot of users and they're all online but the forums have just failed. that and the maker of the site isn't active at all in it and they haven't had a big event since valentines. it needs changes.
