i basically use it as background noise anyways... but there are a few shows i really like

it's one of the very very few reality/contest type television shows i actually enjoy

TV is never background noise for me. It draws me in too easily. So really, it's better to just avoid it.

for me it's typically background noise... though i will watch a show if it is interesting.
