OMG, WOODY! We're so much alike.
I want to teach on the college level too!! Although I imagine I'd switch to high school level in my 50s or so. :P But I absolutely abhor young high school teachers. I'd want to be nice and weathered, cynical, and coo'.
@Cica: HERE'S THE LINK TO THE PLAYLIST IF YOU WANT IT. :talk2hand:
(I think it's the link, anyway... Not 100% sure. ) YouTube - Siouxsie & The Banshees "Pure"
Precisely, Woody! :P That's the hopeful plan, anywho~
The college I'm going to next year is renowned for Education and Communications. =3 Not 100% sure I'll be staying there, though! I picture myself transferring to somewhere up in New England. The gay Physics teacher at my school asked me why I wasn't doing just that, and I just about crapped my pants when he did. We're not particularly close, but he totally read me like a book. D:
Um. where are you going Facade? cuz I know my university is renowned for both of those things though the communications department could be a little better.
Lol... Can't believe I just called him "the gay Physics teacher". I'm such an awful person! :gonk:
He's pretty cool, though! Definitely likable, and has even won Teacher of the Year before. Nice, down-to-earth, and very friendly. =3
Yah, New England colleges. I like em. Partial to em. It's lovely up here, especially in the Fall. I can totally tempt you with the University of Vermont <3 <3 About UVM : University of Vermont
I'm going to Cabrini College. It's not popularly, nationally renowned, although it has won nation-wide awards of recognition and whatnot!
The Communications department is ridiculously up-to-date. I was crapping my pants when I was touring it with my aunt and her old professor, who now heads the Communications department. He's in his 70s and still so... WITH it! And cool.
It's more renowned in the area for Education and Communications, though. And it'll be becoming a state university in the next few years, apparently!
