So this one shows my age...It's 99 red balloons in the original German version. In the 80's it was translated and super popular.

I should start on a few of my commissions. people really seem to love my chibis...

That was the song I was talkin' 'bout, Daria. Technically, I'm pretty sure (unless I'm wrong, yah know), basically, the German version translates to 99 AIR Balloons, but since that did sound right, sung in english, they changed it to 99 Red Balloons for the enlgish version. XD Not that we're bein' that picky.

It's fine, it was a random fact I learned once upon a time, and thought I'd share. That's why I had the English version lined up (curse you :illgetu:).

Y'know, listening to German version of this song, it's easy to remember that English is a Germanic language...
