I have panic attacks whenever I start feeling naseous (I blame my childhood and the fact that anxiety disorder runs in my family) so I try not to do anything that will make me feel naseous.

I get petechiae all over my face when I vomit, so I avoid it at all cost. It's when little blood vessels burst, and I get red spots all over my face, because I choke..... So, it's very painful, and then I have dots all over my face for a few days... it's redic... Another thing about my pale complexion that sucks a bit is this.

oh that sucks woody. Yeah wings was not the healthiest of children. I was in the hospital over 22 times before the age of nine. and all was because of extreme dehydration brought on by a ton of vomiting. So I now have the mentality that once I start vomiting I won't stop until I have to go to the hospital and that leads the anxiety disorder to cause a panic attack. I've had so many panic attacks in my life that I can seriously talk myself out of one.
