Scavenger hunt? Fun fun, I like those, until I get stumped.

I am waiting about my house. Kinda in an iffy mood, waiting to hear news about ma grandpa cause he just had a stroke this morning. Fun fun. Am contemplating going out, but I don't really feel like it.

Thanks Cica :hug: I think everything's ok, but, he had complications in the fall so. He doesn't take care of himself like he should so. what can you do?

But yesh, fireworks? Are they already setting them off? I have been hearing them for about a week now, in random places. I guess people can't wait :3 I might look and see what fireworks display is going on tonight in my area.

Woody, is he the one with unmanaged diabetes, or am I thinking of someone else? Not much you can do, I guess. Just hope and be there for your family. :hug:

The neighbors have been setting off fireworks on Saturday nights for what must be weeks now. They love their explosions!

Oh no, no diabetes, that must be someone else. He had a heart attack last labor day, and all that jazz. quad-bipass. And he is super independent, like, walk 7 miles a day every morning, etc. So taking medicine and resting after that was a chore.

Lol. So long as other people love their explosions! I hope it doesn't get annoying.

Ahh, okay. Hard to keep track. That sounds difficult for him. On the other hand, if he's basically kept himself healthy... Well, that's good!

Eh, I deal with it. Mostly I'm not looking forward to sedating the dog tomorrow. I'm in charge of feeding her half a Benadryl so she can sleep through the explosions. Otherwise.... well, chaos could ensue.

Aww, poor puppy! I guess I am lucky in that none of my animals are afraid of lightning/ loud noises. (especially since we have had so many thunderstorms this spring/ early summer)

Yeah, you are. Most of ours aren't, but this one. She gets panicked and destructive when it comes to thunder and fireworks. And there's nothing we can do about either.

Sorry* I disappeared from quite a while, I had to let my dog out and grab laundry :P

Oh, that's the worst when they get destructive. Poor pup. The most mine will do is cower a little

Yeah, and she's worse now than she used to be. She's not a young dog, but she's a strong survivor-type.
