Baseball can be fun. Dad just doesn't want me to go because he can't give me any money. Little does he know that if I don't go, my friends will murder me because they're all pitching in to make sure I can go with them. I'd rather die at the event than die when they come back angry.

you are old enough to make your own choices... dads will always be this way, but all that he can really do now is just give you suggestions of what he things you should do... doesn't mean you have to listen ;)

silly papas... i drive all over the place so my dad has gotten used to me doing that... he used to get awfully upset and worry like crazy when i would drive back and forth from college (a four hour drive)

@Linn: I'd think that after knowing the kinds of concerts and parties I go to that he'd ease up but apparently not :lol:

my dad would love it if I would drive the almost 3 hour drive between home and college.

My house is about an hour away without traffic. I love dorming though, it's too fun :drool:

I don't have fun in the dorms.
