no, last time i made a pot on a wheel was in elementary school.
I was making pinch pots. they look pretty cool i think.

I'm not familiar with the term "pinch pots".
Is that just where you're forming them free-hand?

I presume the art department then fires them for you?

its a basic free hand pot. you start out with a ball of clay and then squash a hole in the center and form a pot/bow/cup from there.
technically we fire them outselves.
